So enjoy the videos you two do together! As always, fantastic.
Great advice and outlook. I totally agree. I’ve been diagnosed for 21 years but know that I’ve had it for much longer.
I get pissed off at times with this disease but do not dwell on it and move onward. Still have way too much to do and will do it despite my limitations.

Another great video Dom & Rebecca ✅ good tips & advice.
I’m currently in hospital, with Covid, and you have to remain positive. PPMS is hard enough on its own.

Thanks, Tony. I hope recovery is closer than you think. And that you have good books/tv to keep you company.

Sadly not me. It is how I’d want to go out. Blaze of glory stuff!

It's hard to find joy. I used to be so physically active. I lifted weights, hiked, kayaked, and activities like that. I hate girly things like arts and crafts, sewing, and there are a lot of things I can't do because of my life situation. I also have a special needs adult daughter.

It definitely can be hard to find especially when the things we used to do are no longer possible *and* other responsibilities weigh on us. I hope you can find a physical activity that's accessible to you to fill that void.

Great video ❤️ do you have any recommendations for how to find other people with MS who are also like minded, I find in the Facebook groups they are so large that people are from all different types of mindsets including negative or hostile if you aren’t taking the meds etc. I suppose maybe asking in the group a very specific question to try and find my tribe?

Lauren Jane - I’m on my phone and it doesn’t tell me which video you are commenting on!
Which country are you in? Shift.ms is a good bet if you are new. Twitter has a great MS community. Follow me on @theMSguide and you’ll see a ton of MSers.

@@theMSguide All good :) It was the video interview about how to stay positive with MS. I'm not new to it as I've had it since 2014, but have been going it alone except friends and family who don't fully understand. But thank you! I'll keep working on building my tribe! ( Oh and i'm in the US)
