It was 2 years ago that Hamish took us inside Clinica Ruiz in Mexico for his HSCT (stem cells) treatment for his MS. Hamish joins us for a catch up and it is SUCH an inspiring video. Listening to Hamish you'll understand the importance of treating MS hard and early. I run this channel single handed and it is a lot of work and expense. For less than a cup of coffee a month you can support the ch...

      Hi, I’m the host. It is a catch up video. I think you’ll find what you are after in much greater detail in the original video interviews with Hamish. They are linked at the appropriate points in this video. If there is anything specific you’d like to know let me know and I can ask Hamish.

    I stumbled upon your video/channel by looking for videos on Modafinil because I recently had it prescribed to me by my VA doctor for off label us treating a number of things a lot of veterans deal with, but mainly my recently diagnosed ADHD. The main reason I am leaving this is to say thank you for your videos and all the info you give on MS. My little sister was diagnosed with Primary-progressive MS when she was 18. Within 18 months of coming home from my last deployment to Iraq in 2009 I lost both of my sisters. My older sister had some issues and ended up deleting herself 3 months after I got back, and my little sister passed 18 months after I got back due to complications caused by her MS. MS took my sister in less than 10 years after being diagnosed. I don't think most people realize how debilitating and life altering MS is. Thank you for making these videos about MS and educating people on it. I am glade that you are able to work through the challenges you face and find the time/energy to maintain this channel. Stay strong my friend.

    Thank you Dom for this video! I am a registered nurse who suffers with Lupus, Sjogrens and fibromyalgia.... I expeience bad fatigue and brain fog. This made me to leave my clinical role and now I struggle in my non-clinical role too and I am at the point when I am considering leaving my beloved profession. Ever since I was diagnosed I looked for something that might help me. I have even written my dissertation on non-pharmacological ways of fatigue management in patients with lupus. I have tried low dose naltrexon in the past on private prescription and althought it helped with pain, sadly it has done nothing for my fatigue and brain fog. I learned about modfinil a couple of years ago but could not get it prescribed. Knowing people with MS having it prescribed for fatigue in UK and this is supported by NICE guidlines I am going to speak to my doctors again. After all Lupus, just like MS is an autoimmune conditions that affects nervous system so I can't see how they can refuse. I was dreaming about going back to uni to do masters degree but felt that I no longer have cognitive "power" to do it. Maybe if I can have it prescribed this dream will get a chance to come true!

    I just took my first dose at dinner last night, nausea kicked in 30 minutes later and lasted like 3 hours and then the flushing started up about 4 hours afterwards and lasted almost an hour. I thought I was in the clear for the flushing before that happened 😂 looked like my pasty white self had been laying on a beach without sunscreen lol.

    Here you go: Status Update: December 17, 2024: Findings: Experiencing [Substantial Improvement] as of December 15, 2024. Efforts to Outcomes: As of December 17, 2024, I no longer require the cane I have used since Summer, 2019 to walk and function, as I went to Walmart this evening [without the cane], did my shopping, paid for groceries, visited with store checkers as necessary, walked out, stepped up and into the truck, went home, brought groceries in, and appreciated the way [Everybody Began Treating Me Normally Once again Finally after [5 years of MS Onset of Symptoms]. Though my vision could be better, I can now see at around 20/20 20/40 Vision, as the Clemestine and Berberine appear to have made a substantial difference. I can see again, walk again, though some more physical therapy will be needed to improve and rebuild physical strength due to long periods of sitting due to MS, and am [feeling normal enough] once again as of December 18, 2024. Excelsior! :) An excellent video. I learned a lot, though I and many MS Sufferers, "did in-fact come to the very same conclusions, and have developed their own PIPE type Intervention in order to save Years possibly in long-term studies and focus groups, ... natural based solutions that [ Essentially does the exact same thing], that more and more people can actually afford in order to recover. MS, so sorry, is no longer the Diseased White Elephant in the room it once was... ' * Don't ask Me how I know it actually works. (Smile / Grin) * Here, I was diagnosed in 2016, began seeing visual symptoms in, say 2019, went to work on learning who to mitigate and reverse MS symptoms, and yes, in 2024, I developed an augmented tincture that does the exact same thing, and it Does In-Fact work, at least for me. * - Key Words: [ Quinine, {Antiviral}, Clemestine, {Meyelin Regeneration} , and Berberine], [Method: 26 Week Proposed Program: Step 1: Comprehensive Anti-Parasitic Mitigation/Abatement Treatment [26 weeks] Step 2: Introduction and Maintenance Diet; Whal's or Swank Diet [26 Weeks and Continue] Step 3: Introduction to Understanding Balance Systems within the Body [1-26 Weeks and Forward]; Vestibular, Cerebellum, Vision, Extremities; How Each and All Systems work to establish and maintain balance, and what to do when they don't. Step 4: Introduction to Anti-Parasitic Homepathic and Over the Counter medicines. How they work, where to find them, how they are typically taken for improving microbiome health, and how to develop a [Comprehensive Augmented Tincture, which can be taken daily to mitigae and abate the ongoing presence of Biologics and Viral Agents which are common and known to be responsible for Neurological Degeneration in the Body. Step 5: Understanding The Importance of Early Disease Treatment Through Key Homeopathics people buy commonly and over the counter, but become quite adept at the mitigation; -even the potential abatement of the Signs and Symptoms of disease we call / called Multiple Sclerosis. Step 6: Discovering Early Treatment Mitigation Strategies: Why Early Detection and Aggressive Treatment of Viruses and Biologics in the form of blood bourne parasitic infection, [is only now becoming the preferred method of treatment by more and more doctors in 2020-2024-Present, - and why. {Helps To Restore Microbiome and can Improve Balance Problems slowly over time}. Stopped the video at 18:36 to leave a quick opinion comment. "Yes, NOTHING BETTER, than ""People treating me like Shit Once Again, Now that I No Longer am using a Cane any longer, while I shop, walk about, pay for things, do my banking, etc.. I'm So Very Happy Now and Once Again..! ! ** Yes, [Recovery] from a disease such as MS is a total shocker for most..., because they expected to see me as a cripple for the rest of my life.. Well, Boo FRikkity Whooo....LOL.

    I love this video and what it represents. Yes, I too was diagnosed in 2016, and I can tell you this: Everybody kept automatically turning me into a Crippled Man. I refused that idea and began looking for both answers and cures, as I am quite bright. And So: As my friend and mentor, Gilbert, who himself was diagnosed with MS back in the 90's before he passed in November, 2017 from his own MS complications, sigh..., - I quickened my pace to find my answers. That way, I would not Decompensate and Progress with MS. By 2022, I began having the typical problems with Optic Neuritis in addition to the loss of strength in my legs. Yes, it began, and it sucked, but as I read and viewed videos, I noticed, some folks were having hope with the use of Sasparilla bark and Liquid Stevia. I found some liquid Stevia. The stuff actually helped on evening, and from that point, I knew my research abilities had substantial merit. By 2023-2024, I found that the Whal's Protocol Diet actually was helping get a bit better, so I incorporated it's principles along with the development of my Augmented Tincture, to address the root [Cause in-fact], and not just try to slow the decline, with Disease Modifying Therapies that I in no way could or would want to afford. I just could not spend the rest of my life with my crappy balance, my weakening legs, the walker they issued me in April, 2016 upon my exit post diagnosis of MS. I would not accept that as my future, so when I finished my Augmented Tincture, I decided to Guniea Pig myself and try it, track the progress and outcomes, then if it worked, I would then share it with everybody, once I was satisfied, that the process could be replicated, and prove Helpful in order to either improve and maybe restore function. Excelsior.. The Tincture does appear to be [Quite Helpful]. Fore more information, please see Pam on her YT Channel, Live Disease Free, where I have provided the formula I am using for myself. All the best, MDM, JD Candidate. \\//

    STATUS UPDATE; Today, is Sunday, December 01, 2024 Efforts to Outcomes: Research In-The Field Analysis in Real-Time: Here, After 26 Weeks of making use of the methods and the homeopathic, I did and am experiencing [Substantial and Ongoing Efficacy via the use of the Augmented Tincture. Yes, I did progress from the Initial 'Spider Man Effect I was feeling during Early Through Late Fall, 2024. I am noticing [General improvement] with 1.) General Balance, 2.) legs appear firmer than before the study since this Spring, 2024, and 23.), - "it would appear, so as long as I [Continuously take the Tincture Solution, 3 x's Daily, it does appear to be more of an ongoing therapy than a one time approach. The outcomes continue to tell Me, [Improvement Takes Place so long as the the approach is maintained, but I have noticed, that the General Effects slowly return, shortly after I discontinue the Tincture(s) In-depth analysis and initial conclusions: This tends to tell Me, that MS; more and more appears to be a [difficult to detect and to eradicate, parasitic biologic], which can be mitigated thru homeopathic, but a full eradication will [Require a Comprehensive and Valid Confirmation of either, [The Cause or Causes in Combination, if such a Condition is Established as the Cause In-Fact. In the meantime, the 'Over The Counter, Allergy Clemestine is normal at 10 mg in capsule or liquid form anybody can take for Allergies, lol. " Didn't know that until just this Fall, and it does seem to actually work, just as they said it might. Second: Pam, The Balance problem, though mild, ...Is Ongoing, so I went to work on finding out what I think will work.. Below is my research for last week, this week. If I take it, I'll let you know if the Balance and Dizziness Improves...I think it just might.. Okay. My Research notes below from what others are saying. Best, MDM, JD Candidate \\//

    It sucks I can’t buy it online, no vendors supply it. Only FL-modafinil which works great. I just would love to try the original modafinil. Fl modafinil is also very expensive compared to other nootropics. I can get racetams wayyy cheaper but they suck unless you have the perfect choline supply going on

I was scared at first but I never had to cath myself after the procedure. In stead I still cath myself before going to bed. Because I have a chronic bladder since 1997. I recommend.

    Hello sir, I hope you are well. I saw that your UA-cam videos are very lovely and very helpful. You have enough of the videos but your video is not getting views because there is some problem with your videos. Your SEO score is very poor (5% out of 100)and you need optimization for better results. If you update the videos then the views of the video will increase. If you want you can discuss with me. Thank you so much.

    This video made me feel better. It made me feel like maybe I can get through this. I had pretty severe case of cellulitis and was hospitalized for 5 days. I got 2-3 shots of steroids a day plus 2 different antibiotics and fluids. After I got home I was taking clyndomycin and prednisone for a week. I'm 3 days off the meds, and I feel so tired. I am so lightheaded and nauseous and so sleepy. I never even knew this was a thing. Trudging through the day with a head full of fog and no energy. It really makes me feel the way I used to feel when I had a seizure and had to take more Dilantin than normal. This persistent dream like state, I am hoping this doesn't last long.

    Does anyone have experience with pretty much all the symptoms but nothing showing up on an MRI? If so, did you ever get a diagnosis?

    • @theMSguide
      @theMSguide Місяць тому

      There are plenty of MS mimics. The oligoclonal bands from a lumbar puncture would seal the deal.

    It’s so hard to find any trials and when I do, the endless requirements never stop, so then I’m bound to not be accepted 😪😔 they don’t make it easy on people with ms

    • @theMSguide

      It isn’t just MS. To make a trial give robust and credible data the input variables- us - need to be v tightly controlled.

      @@theMSguide I would be very interested in the trial that you/Dominic has been talking about on theMSguide. Could you please get in contact with me to discuss the details of the trial and what it entails. I have Relapsing Remitting MS. Thank you xx

    • @theMSguide
      @theMSguide Місяць тому

      @@cheryl2091 This particular trial - SIZOMUS - is only running at the Royal London Hospital. If you are near there then drop me a line at dominic@theMSguide.com Most (not all - get to know if your hospital had a dedicated trials unit as most large ones will) trials are listed on clinicaltrials.gov Applying the various filters like disease (MS) and location will help you narrow it down. There will be the contact details if you are interested.
