Do you mind sharing what monthly rent is for an apartment like that in your area? Just curious. Where I reside (Florida), an apartment of that size can range from $1,000-$1,500 per month or more. It depends on the neighborhood, too. Some of the more sketchy neighborhoods would be a little bit cheaper, say $700-$800 for a studio.
Walls probably thin

If I were you, I would buy something close to $700-$800 a month. This is more inline with cost of living. In 1938, apartment rent was $27mnth on a $0.25/hr. wage. Now the wage should be $4.64 and apartment rent should be $507.21. Adjusted for current minimum wage $7.25/$4.64 = 1.5625 x $507.21 = $793/mnth
@@wewhoareabouttodiesaluteyo9303 Thanks for doing the math, I agree.
@@Isaac-ev3nq Once you live inline with what ranges should be, everything will make sense and you will have more disposable income to invest and you will become wealthy. Prioritizing leads to organization leads to efficiency. Good luck!
