In SIngapore, developer can only collect full payment when the houses are fully built. They can only collect a 5% deposit when laying the ground work and must sell all the houses within 5 years after built. So only those developers have huge finance are able to built houses. This give Evergrand the chance to collect huge money but not even lay a single brick. That why no China Developer dare to come to Singapore to built house.

這些苔媒顯然沒有真實報道什麼是維權。民眾去任何商家維權,政府都是中立,維持秩序,一般勸民眾可以去法院起訴,走法律程序。民眾維權和政府發生衝突,往往是民眾跑到政府大門前圍堵政府,或到大街上阻斷交通。這些苔媒讓台灣人誤以為,民眾去找商家維權,例如去找房地產商,政府會出動警察抓人。恰恰相反,如果是欠薪這些維權,政府是站在民眾這邊的,被抓的是老闆,不是工人。
如果買房的人會因為建商被抓就好了,買房的人想要房子蓋好或者把錢拿回來吧!大家維權的原因應該是這個吧!
