I had singapore chilli crab in a food court just off orchard road, this was over 10 years ago. Your mistake was not having an ice cold tiger beer to wash it down. It certainly tamed the heat of the chilli.
Looks delish! How does it compare to the chili crab at Jumbo's? We've been recommended to try the white pepper crab at No Signboard so will try that but if the Chili crab is that good, we might just go for both 😋
