I’m 2 months after ACL surgery and my scar is tuck to my muscle how long will it take for it to separate after massaging scar ?

I am 3 weeks post RTKR and still have a little scabbing. My routine several times a day is heat, PT exercises, ice. When would you suggest I do the massage? After PT but before the ice? Or a totally different non heated time? Or? Thank you.

I give a 15 min massage nightly with young living oils and his scar is almost invisible, lotion o the feet and rub the bottoms.
