This is just gold! Man I think I go too detailed on the walls. I think I am going to try not being as detailed and see if I can get the same results like you say. Great video....I have been debating on if I wanted to make this LOL Don't really want my agents to know how easy it is LOL
WOW, thank you so much for sharing this! I have an appointment Thursday to measure a 10,000 sq ft coworking space. I am converting a large portion to podcast studios. This is going to save me HOURS if not the entire day, or more. I was going to measure it all by hand and draw it out. Then input into cad.
Man… I love Cubicasa! I wish I could use them here in the Asheville area. Room for error here in NC,as far as measurements go, is 2% or less. I can’t get those results with CubiCasa. We had a few agents in the area get fined over this.
You let this gem slip about a year ago and I was really appreciative then and more so now. What’s interesting though is that I market the 3D video render as a way to showcase the property decluttered and with “nicer furniture” in case it is sketchy. Agents that are selling or leasing a Tennanted property. “Ugly” furniture becomes “awesome” while doing the floor plan video. Here in Ontario Canada I often get into disagreements since Cubicasa will always show a different measurement than the client is expects. It took a while to figure out that builders and the government records were capturing measurements including part of hallways and the middle of wall to middle of wall where Cubicasa does inside of wall to inside of wall. Not wrong but took a bit to figure out where the discrepancy was. Edit: I have only had two issues with Cubicasa and they were on the same property. A home over 6,000 square feet and one with limited cell phone service resulted in multiple dropped scans including on different days…never happened before and hasn’t happened since but that was a “country country” property Thanks again doBo!
@@JessicaFuller I would suggest that you have a cellular connection. I've done at least 120-130 this year and the only floor plan that was a nightmare was a 9,000 square foot home and in an area with extremely limited cellular connectivity. Never got it done with Cubicasa and had to use a different platform to get the job done. Talking with tech support they didn't know why there was an error and asked me to call while experiencing the issue...which I couldn't do because of the spotty connection. Very embarrassing 80 minutes onsite after scanning the house 4 times and it pooping the bed each time. Definitely did not sway me from using and swearing by the platform but you asked! 😁 (In fact you brought back a bit of PTSD on that job)😵💫
@@krubee416I'm heading out into no mans land where I'm hoping Starlink will be an option long term. Buying affordable farmland with a home means many listings dont have much or any info on the buildings on the property and sometimes only 3-5 indoor images.
When I have a project to rekey a business or even a large house, this really will pay off when I label keys and then provide them a 'map' of what key opens a specific door.
@@OriginaldoBo you show different clips in your video of floorplans. I didn’t know they were the ones that were for the one you were looking at. At no time did you ever say that this is the floor plan for the house that I’m doing. The last you left you were sending it to them and it would take 12 hours and to get the results. No time did you ever say that this was the result of what I had just done. I didn’t see any ADU that you went and shot in any of those results. Yes I did watch your entire video.

Wow, what an excellent piece of software all on your mobile phone 🤩🤩. After using AutoCAD for decades this is a huge game changer🙏🙏.
This is ridiculously good timing. I found out yesterday that I have to get one of these apps and figure it out for some client work. Nice! 👊
That's amazing! Thanks for sharing.

This is far easier and when you do it you’ll be shocked. Personally I do a lot of fixed furniture scans which look a cleaner
Wooow, as usual Dobo's on the cutting edge! Thank for the info.
Cubicasa has been my go-to! Clients love it
It’s so good
Another good and informative video Ken
WOW!! Freaking sweet amazing 👏!!! This was super helpful want to check this out... I love the auto staging
Good tip! Thanks!
Great product / service. How do you shoot a multi-story home? One shot or a separate shot per floor?
Just like this it will detect stairs etc just keep the camera rolling
Great video and info as always.
Awesome. 👏 Absolutely love Cubicasa. 🏆
When you remember to upload 😂
This is dope. Is it only available in US or can it be used outside?
It’s available outside the US as well. They are UK based if I’m not mistaken
@@OriginaldoBo its available in AU but we dont have a free one lol

I turn off measurement in instances like that and use it for the space only
I’ve compared Cubicasa to iGUIDE to appraisal measurements and it was about 5% too low.
Thank you for this video.
Very cool app to use if your thinking about selling your home

@@krubee416 does this require cellular service while capturing? Or just for uploading?

I feel your pain and please if willing, let me know if starlink worked! I’m all for making sure it never happens again and never thought of that!
Shill. 😂 But seriously, this is an awesome recommendation. Thanks.
Ken, thx for posting; I wish this program was available back when i was a full time architecture practice. However, I dan still use it; thx again.

A bit creepy, but much better than my stickman equivalent floor drawings/doodles...😅
Yeah this you can brand with your logo even make it pro level
thank you soo much...awesome
Looks like it’s a secret you’re gonna keep because you didn’t show us the results.
The results are in the video , you clearly didn’t watch it. Go scan your home to see what it does
