There actually was a black woman DA in Florida (Aramis Ayala) that this happened to in 2017, but she pulled over ASAP and had done nothing wrong. In this case, the Yt woman was going over the speeding limit and talking on the phone -- yet, she was treated deferentially. Then she also suggests that she will skirt the system. A higher authority needs to investigate the state government officials when they do wrong, like the state FBI. Each state has an FBI, and it would be a better use of their time if they were in line to handle these issues so that this woman isn't allowed to prosecute or not prosecute herself or ppl she is connected to.

I just saw a black person cussing out the police on video and the police did not shoot, taze, and had more grace than they could have had. I think police encounters should be looked at on a case-by-case basis instead of generalized racism every time.
