it also helps to accept that you are angry, this is, no judgment, just be able to let yourself have this feelings, cause everybody might not want to know they are feeling that way.

I have experience w anger in my family, and what I observe is that they will have a self centered idea of other people always having t fault for them being angry. Toxic, They r always wronged somehow and people around them r pushed and pushed down.

I understand what you are saying about trying to understand someone who did you wrong, what they went thru in their childhood, and they did same to someone else. Now you are to understand how and why they harmed you. However, did they not realize that this is totally “ wrong” and why do they not “ know” this was totally evil and wrong, but they harmed you anyway? Why do some people stop and others just continue to harm others?

With me it’s the other way around. I always felt my parents’ pain from their hard past experiences too much. They were telling me about their f*cked up choldhoods whenever they had the ocasion. 3 yrs ago on therapy I discovered I wasn’t aware for all those yrs of how my reality really looked like (I’m 27)- I was abused by them, mostly mentally but physicaly as well. The worst thing for me to deal with is that I’ve found out I was molested and gaslighted by my dad. He literally raised me to be his victim and enjoyed it. He enjoyed using and hurting me. Every day. I know and understand all the roots of his behaviour because I know his tough story, but... Still how I was treated is killing me. I’m alone since years because I’m a grown up now and don’t keep contact with em, cannot get in a good relationship because I’m still not able to love myself...And have no idea how to „let go” of anger and hurt I’m holding inside and it’s holding me from living. It keeps me frozen, although I understand why this all happened.. I even feel like my mission is to stop this chain of abuse in my family, but somehow I still don’t know how to connect with myself and stay there, with me. Not my hurt being.

I have to tell you Mike Chang, that I was the type of person when I was younger I was full of anger and rage for no apparent reason at all. There was influences external influences fueling this fire, but after hearing and watching this video it all makes sense in the way that I am piecing all of this together. I recently started meditating and started focusing on Stress and Anxiety, and now that I'm with a clear and sound mind this video is perfect,, and ties in perfectly with my new lifestyle. Thank you so much Mike Chang appreciate everything that you do, physically and spiritually.

It is to be in the middle way.. not neutral (which is to choose to not get involved). The middle way is to transmit yourself in both vessels, empathize, support both, justify, find reasons and explanation.. gather all that information and a conclusion.

How do we deal with racism? I feel so much Anger and Rage inside.... . It effected me while growing up as a kid, it effecting me at my job, and I am really trying to be positive... BTW... these flow training is awesome tho Mike 👌

  • @Slimeyphuk
    @Slimeyphuk 3 роки тому

side note: You can 100% keep people accountable to their actions. can you blame them for their trauma absolutely not. but if it is my job to hold myself accountable for the things that i do wrong then at this point in time i believe that its the same for all. now is it your job to make someone accountable? no, Is it your job to force someone to accept what they did. absolutely not.
    hear me out tho
if im acting in a way that is not being perceived as positive by others and its a reasonable account, then i would hope someone would point it out and correct me as it is never my intention to offset or upset others. In my own perspective i see it as a sign of love as someone keeping it real with me so that i grow and mature in small ways as they account for bigger ripple effects. i think it is from a place of love to hold people accountable to what they do because some people learn the hard way that not knowing how to keep your projections off of others can cost you relationships and experiences and people not wanting to come back into your life. there is 100% such a thing as loving someone too much and i feel we all learn this at one point or another. because if i love you so much to a point that i keep letting you make the same mistake again and again and again eventually it gets to a point where i see that accepting and forgiving you after the same repeated mistake is not helping you grow and i am therefore partaking in the actions by basically saying "no matter how many times you keep making that mistake, im gonna love you and i understand why you made that mistake" and people definitely are capable of taking advantage of that love inside of you.
    In summation
its always important to humanize everyone so you can understand them, but for some people, loving them too much can be counter productive to their own growth because they know you will accept them as they are no matter how many times they make that same mistake. Love people and be patient but also speak your truths and help when able to. Whether or not you stay around and help them or turn them away for both of your own goods, as long the intention has love behind it the decision made is always the correct decision. its just knowing when to make one or the other.

I was kinda hoping for something more. My anger goes a little bit farther than steming from an inability to look at things from the other person's perspective. I've been doing that for years. What I need more help with is the rage I have toward myself.

Anger is nothing more than meaningful categorization of one's physical sensations that arise from body-budgeting regions in the interoceptive- and control networks. Emotions are not 'temporary deviations' from reality, rather, you actively construct an instance of the emotion concept anger.
So whenever your brain issues predictions of anger, deconstruct into mere physical sensations and then recategorize using the right concepts

    UNLESS PROVOKED.
    that is my motto,
anyway is not a good idea to seal up ur anger , like a pressure cooker, because is gonna blow, one way or another, that will be real bad, realease it bit by bit,
we are human, flash and blood, we not grass or wood,

My brother deals with rage . He hurts certain people with words . He curses God and just tells him completely off and to go F himself. It's very sad to watch. He was done wrong as a little boy and is SO mad at his dad for it . The dad is dead now from a stroke so he cant confront him now and the son is one pissed off adult. It's hard to see the world through a child molesters eyes and say understand why they did discusting things to you. I see what your saying though in many cases.

I think the problem with spirituality is that it's too focused on men. I noticed you use 'He' alot in your example. Let's not forget the women Mike, they are the true Gods who gave birth to us.
