People need to realize that Lebron is an excellent front runner. When times get tough, he looks to blame others instead of taking accountability. He doesn’t look to galvanize the unit and he doesn’t know how to galvanize the unit in tough times. He looks to leave the problem instead of learning to fix it. It shows a lack of quality leadership skills when times are rough. I really believe that Kyrie was the leader in the locker room when he was there.
