What is SmartTub® Integration feature for the FROG® @ease Water Care? We have merged the standard FROG® @ease Water Care app into a new section of the SmartTub® app through our partnership with King Technologies. This is intended to help centralize more functionality in SmartTub® to go along with the “monitor” functionality that exists for items such as “Change Water”. This is a feature that allows customer to test water with test strip, fix problems and check cartridges. With this feature, you’ll be able to test the Chlorination, Alkalinity, pH and Total Hardness of your spa’s water. The SmartTub® application will also provide you notifications for replacing your SmartChlor Cartridges and Mineral Cartridges.
Login to your SmartTub® application and navigate to the Manage Tab. Click on the angled bracket in the top right portion of the screen to reveal more details. Scroll down to reveal the @ease Water Care Tile. Click this Tile to turn ON this feature.
From your SmartTub® application navigate to the Monitor Tab. Scroll down and you’ll see the FROG® @ease Water Care Tile. Click on the Tile to reveal more details.
From this Water Care Tile you’ll find 4 additional Tiles:
Test Water to input your test results from the @ease® Test Strips for SmartChlor, Total Alkalinity, pH, and Total Hardness.
Fix a Problem reveals 6 possible problems with Step by Step guides and easy to view videos.

● Too little chlorine or bromine
● Algae
● Cloudy Water
● Excess Foam
● Hot Tub Start Up

Test Water Tile is where you transfer information from your @ease® Test Strips to the SmartTub® Application and get the results analyzed.

Enable these reminders to start the 30 days SmartChlor cartridge reminder and the 120 days Mineral cartridge reminder. These reminders are simply count down timers and not integrated into the hot tub controller. These reminders can be used for either the holders that mount on the filter or the floating holder.
