For daily commute, I think a scrambler will be a better pick. Do check long term reveiews before you commit. I'm hearing a lot of issues (minor and otherwise) about the Triumph 400 twins.
If you feel like more power is important (you might feel that in highways) and would like to cruise in 120kmph constantly on highways, the 390X makes more sense. Also, if you're constantly riding with a pillion, the extra power will help in touring.

Bro KTM adv 250 or triumph scrambler 400 x. Which one do you suggest for daily commute?

Is it a reliable bike for long distance touring?
Yes it is reliable for long distance touring. So far I have not ran into any issues while touring on the motorcycle.
How to clean brakes and the discs ?
You can use brake (disc) cleaner to wipe the disc clean. I haven't cleaned the calliper yet, so I can't comment on that.
I m planning to but adv 250 but confuse as by adding 40k , will get 390x , so any suggestions? Or buying adv 250 is over expensive?
