*YES YES YES! FINALLY! :D* I was expecting to see the return of Kingdom Hearts characters to Weapons Month! And, while I must admit I was expecting Zexion, it's true that Xehanort not only is an amazing Spellcaster but also one of the greatest villains in gaming history! Good choice there, Oscar ;)

I totally agree on number 2. And what I love the most him isn't his supreme magical manipulation. I love his cunning, his logical *acknowledgement* that he is perfectly beatable, and how he like... *NEVER* brags about his skills (easily the most powerful spellcaster in the series).
One of my personal favorite spell casters is Quara from Neverwinter Nights 2. She loves destructive magic and fire spells and as a sorcerer she can cast several powerful spells a day ranging from spell shields, fire blasts, lightning strikes, cold storms, summonings, and sometimes even instant death.
Yet another awesome list Green Scorpion, even though I'm not a huge fan of spellcasters. Kind of hoping that you will do a top ten knife/dagger wielders in gaming. Could be too comparative with the sword but in my opinion they are used very differently. While swords give a person more range and cutting power than a dagger, daggers are lighter making them more maneuverable and easier to dish out as many strikes as possible. Also their lighter weight makes them much more effective to dual wield than normal swords and can even be used as thrown weaponry when the situation demands it. Another difference between the two is that while most swords are designed to cut and slash through foes while also having a useful thrust to debilitate foes, daggers and knifes are primarily stabbing weapons focused on hitting vital points while also being able to cut foes down as a handy way to wound and maim if they wish to capture or weaken instead of straight up killing their adversary. This explanation probably wasn't needed but I've heard a few people call daggers/knives just a shortened down sword when in reality they are used quite differently, and that just annoys me. Anyways hope this list happens and if it doesn't then I'm sure you'll come up with some awesome weapon lists regardless. :)
the final tower bosses represent the divine comedy, the first part represents Inferno, the next two represents Purgatorio, and the last part represents Paradiso
Green Scorpion, your countdowns are amazing, there are games out there I haven't played and yet, your countdowns explain to me characters I didn't know before or ones I do know, but not as much as what you explain to them about. They are amazing. Also, Your not the only one that wants to kill Xehanort, I want too as well. I didn't know much about him until this countdown and it makes me want too kill him even more! Let's just hope that, for us both, when Kingdom hearts 3 comes out, our wish is granted and we can just dig this guy a grave already. I mean seriously, he can't live forever! At one point or another, he will meet his end!
Now that KH3 has finally showed up... Xehanort's magical prowess only increased. The guy can open gateways to other worlds on the fly, is considered "a living portal in time and space", can steal the light in people's hearts and harness the power of Kingdom Hearts itself, and affect reality on Dr. Strange levels of scale. It took nothing short of an absolute miracle (and surprising foresight on Eraqus' part) for Sora and co to FINALLY defeat him and send him off for good.
On a more positive note, however, Tharja was an absolute lifesaver for me when I was fighting Priam! I had her and Henry paired up and they got most of the cannon fodder out of the way, with Tharja dodging almost every hit, using Nosferatu to heal what little damage she did take, and Henry cleaning up with a sneak attack every now and then.
You've actually managed to help me understand a bit of the kingdom hearts timeline. Btw I still love you're endings. You always finish with an amazing insight. It's just amazing how you get me thinking like that. Also, for your fire emblem character I honestly thought you were gonna pick Ricken.
Great list. These characters are my favorite spellcasters, my personal fav being dimentio. As for illness and poison weilders, get well and maybe there could ne a white pikmin there
I have an honorable mention that needs to be known, the magician from Darkblood Online is pretty damn devastating when used right. As a support character, of course she can heal others, and remove any (or all) negative status conditions except for transformation. But her attacks including Reverse gravity and Summon saving Magic can destroy armies, or single targets with pretty massive damage, and don't get me started on her ultimate Hades, but the huge factor about her is the summoning she has. Her summoning (when used right) can make her, a party, or an entire army unkillable by just summoning 2 kinds of monsters. To learn more, check out Darkblood online for yourself, it deserves the attention.
much respect, love the list and have no arguments with it. As for how dark it is, yes, magic is dark when no restraints are made, then again, the same can be said about power in any position, ESPECIAL money.
#9: BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! GOD DAMMIT MAN. #4: Need to finish this game... #3: As well as this... #1: But of course! For me, well- Calista, Mirania, Lowell, Yurick, Henry, Ricken, Lissa, Brady, from the top of my head.
Lissa and Brady? Interesting. I think they would have been discounted because they are primarily healers but can promote to units that can actually defend themselves. But if we're counting promoted healers, I see your Lissa (I have her as a War Cleric rather than a Sage) and raise you Clarine from Fire Emblem: Binding Blade. As soon as she hit level 10, I gave her a Fire tome and she was consistently the only one that could do reliable damage to bosses and it wasn't long before I had to stop myself from using her so she wouldn't kill everything.
***** Yes, War Clerics have good skills and, yes, they really have a huge AXEppeal since its practicality is thrown out for rule of cool, but I gave that class to my daughter where her mother never treaded upon that ground. Another yes to how Lissa is more effective with Magic, something I consistently and ALWAYS do when bringing her to maps. And Finally, THANK YOU, for understanding my dislike of Tharja.
***** Huh. Never thought to give her a Killer Axe. I have her with a Bolt Axe and a Silver Axe. I made her a War Cleric to make her a bit more defensive. I also didn't make her a Sage because all the powerful magic was being used by myself (Avatar) and Miriel. And I don't regret it because anytime Lissa takes damage she'll just heal 30%. And with her marriage to Vaike, she rarely takes hits. Her high magic and her healtouch ability makes her an excellent candidate for Physic staves, Fortify too
TerravancerYoh If I had to place a mage from my favourite FE game (Awakening) on this List I would go with Avatar, because that includes, in my eyes, future Avatar too./to keep spoiler free/
Good list. you do a good job listing the different characters powers, lore and at time personality. though i my opinnion i would had added Kuja (ff9) higher than Kefka. but thats just my opinion. looking forward to the next list.
I personally would put the necromancer from Diablo 2, he doesn't only summon minions, including dead enemies, throw poison, bones and spirits, but he has also a cool set of spells that really affect the monster and change the way you can play the game with him, spells that increase damage by 100%, spells that reduce damage, spell that terrorize enemies, spells that return damaga (very useful against Diablo), a spell that make that every nearby enemy attacks a particulary enemy and my favourite, a spell that confuse the enemies and make them attack other enemies, is very cool watching the enemies attacking other enemies and very useful too because instead of attacking your minions, they attack other monsters making damage while your minions don't recieve damage but make damage too
Hopefully, top 10 Chainsaw/Buzzsaw wielders will be on this Weapons Month, because I've got a few candidates for that list; Juliet Starling, Jack Cayman, Adam the Clown, the Child with the Chainsaw from Catherine, and a few others.
I'd assumed that Adam the Clown would be number one, due to him wielding two chainsaw, as new can perform incredibly athletic moves including jumping over the second floor with ease. With Juliet at number 2, and Jack Cayman at number 3. Sure Juliet can perform various moves with on chainsaw, but if she was capable of all that WITH two chainsaw, then I'd put her at number 1.
hey scorpion here's a countdown idea for you. top ten tanks/heavy armor wearers. a list of characters who wear and are somewhat defined by the heavy equipment they wear, whether its because they always wear it or if it gives them abilities beyond just strong defense.
Kefka's crazy-powerful, sure, but I honestly think Kuja is the superior mage. His spells in Dissidia are pretty damn strong (and he can use Ultima), he commands a freaking dragon, and he was able to destroy the planet Terra all on his own. Kefka needed to push a trio of statues out of order before he could gain that kind of power. Plus Kuja has his Trance form, which makes him twice as powerful. He also happens to be one of my favorite spellcasters and my favorite FFIX character, but he truly is one dangerously powerful person. I also find him more entertaining than Kefka, since he's not batshit insane.
I personally would go Henry. Just like Tharja gameplay-wise, but MUCH more entertaining in my opinion. When Tharja of all people says you're fucked up in the head, you know you have something special.
I got Tales of Berseria yesterday, and I already LOVE Magilou, Sure, I haven't actually seen her use any magic yet, and I can see how some might find her annoying, but she never fails to put a smile on my face, a welcome presence to counteract Velvet's gloominess. Plus she's got a really frickin' sweet hat. The only thing that bothers me about her is that hair that hangs across the front of her face. HOW DOES THAT NOT BOTHER HER?! It'd drive me nuts.
I somehow expected number one but, at least in my opinion, I would have chosen someone from IX (Kuja, Vivi or even Beatrix are for me better options). But it's still good!
Ooo, poison wielders comin' up. This'll be fun. Also, is it me or do I ''smell'' five more weapon masters list coming after this? Because I think Oscar missed out TY the Tasmanian Tiger and Bayonetta from these 2 weapons month III lists he has done so far. Well, he hasn't played any TY game so he couldn't include him, but it's still worth of pointing out.
To anybody who has every played the Heroes of Might and Magic series, the Warlocks from the fifth installment do more justice than I can say. Most specifically, Lethos is my personal go to pick from the Dungeon faction because of his ability to cast poisonous spells on the opponent before the battle even starts, and then he advances certain abilities in his magical prowess and can even cast the spell to create an implosion. While not as adept as the Academy and their Wizard classes, the Warlocks are not to be taken lightly. Oh wait, I forgot to mention their specialty is to shatter your magical resistances.
A rather fun follow-up to this could be top 10 tacticians, well I guess some of the best entries are already on this list and it would be kind of redundant...
I'd like to put a good word in for Vanus Galerion, from the Elder Scrolls series for founding the Mages Guild after leaving the Psijics because, well, he's right; Magic shouldn't only be available to an elite few. And what with the dissolution of the Mages Guild, itself and the rise of the Synod, unless you enroll yourself into the College of Winterhold, you're SOL because the Synod are the Imperial version of the Psijic Order, basically. Also, I'll put Mannimarco in there as well, because he's Vanus Galerion's old friend, the battle between him and Vanus was as epic as the fight on Mustafar between Anakin and Obi-Wan. *And,* he was so evil, he literally was the Elder Scrolls Universe's first Necromancer and also became the first Lich King.
I can't do my regular rule of my opinions on #10 to #1 due to being on tablet. So, when I get on computer, I will do the traditional method! Until then, great video!
FINALLY someone else talks about cave story. I really don't know why people don't talk about this game too much, when it really is a good mega man-esque platformer.
Great list. I tend to agree on fe mages. My personal favorite is Nino, from blazing sword. Like, just Nino. Nergal is close second just cuz of that spell lol
Duh! Of course! Who would take the #1 spot other than the guy who became the *freaking God of Magic!?!?!* This list was another amazing one, with some great choices like Ganondorf, Dimention, Xehanort and Kefa (Funny how most Spellcasters are villains) WM3 is coming out as the best one so far! P.S: The "Ganondorf is Groose" theory was mindblowing! :O
Green Scorpion, can you please play Golden Sun? It's a fun handheld RPG with some amazing sword, axe, mace, staff and bow wielders. Additionally, everyone can use magical abilities. The series needs more attention and I think you are a great candidate to do help give it the attention it deserves
I tend to use Henry way more than Tharja, but I can except either of these two Dark Mages in that slot. Henry and his Vengeance skill plus his love for dark humor and able to talk to ravens/crows is quite good. Still I'm fine with either of the two.
Input time, also, play Hyperdimension Neptunia. There is 5pb and MAGES.: 10. Sypha huh? Not that I'm against her, I mean, she is the mom of the Belmonts in a sense. Imagine if she met Charlotte from Portrait of Ruin. And Maria is jealous of one thing about her. 9. I'm kinda working on a list of top ten characters voiced by Stephanie Sheh. Here you go: 10. Ayano Nakakouji - Genmukan 9. Zeena - Sonic Lost World 8. Tharja - Fire Emblem Awakening 7. Eric Lecarde - Castlevania Judgment 6. Yui Hirasawa - K-On 5. Princess Natalia - Tales of the Abyss 4. Mikuru Asahina - Haruhi Series 3. Orihime Inoue - Bleach 2. Histoire - Hyperdimension Neptunia 1. Usagi Tsukino - Sailor Moon Got an ear for the stuff. Anyway, Tharja has a great look, just wish she wasn't creepy. 8. Genis Sage? I would prefer a more feminine touch like Rita Mordio from Vesperia, Pascal from Tales of Graces and F and recently Elize Lutus from Tales of Xillia. Though Genis is voiced by two female voice actresses, the original escapes my memory but Tara Sands(Jayne) in DotNW is numero uno for me. Plus, it's not fair that monsters learn Dark spells and we can't. And Genis' side quest for his ultimate weapon should make Quarter Guy's top ten One More Try moments list. Still, not bad. Got variety, and that's good enough. Elize should teach Genis a few Dark spells though. 7. Ryze? I thought you'd go for Leblanc. And I can not tell you how many times I got beat by Ryze Bots. Also, love the Charlie Brown reference. 6. Whoa. Ganondorf. Whoa. And there is no way Greuse would be Ganondorf's grandpa. Plus, with Hyrule Warriors coming... Just wait. 5. I kinda wish Cave Story wasn't 8-bit. Misery would be a hottie. 4. I have never even heard of this game until now. Again, wish she was hot. 3. You forgot to mention that Dimentio fused with a brainwashed Luigi to become Super Dimentio. But again, that's just me. 2. Why not Zexion? His element is Illusion which is a concept of Magic. Okay, Let's do the Recap. 10. Sypha Belnades. 9. Tharja. 8. Genis Sage. 7. Ryze. 6. Ganondorf. 5. Misery. 4. Mizuti. 3. Dimentio and number 2. Xehanort. 1. Kefka? But he was number 1 on your Villain's list. Take my advice, play Hyperdimension Neptunia. There's a character MAGES. She's a spellcaster. There's also Rom, Ram and even Histoire. Not that there's anything bad with Kefka. Spellcasters, not bad.
I really wish you had played The Last Story already, because there are 4 spellcasters in that game that are great as spellcasters and as characters. I really recommend that game, and when I make my first countdown in a couple days, I'll explain why.
The Green Scorpion #10. Charlotte Aulin belongs here instead. She can learn wind, luck, poison, strength, light, summoning, time, petrification, cursing, and healing magic. And she has enchanted weapons, given by Eric Lecarde himself. But good point. #9. I think Miriel is better. She was my main dark mage after in chapter 4 I found a second seal. And thus she burnt and cursed millions of corpses. #8. God I need to play this game franchise. :-( #7. Really Ryze? Man up the magic! #6. Yuga took control of Ganon. And he trapped the 7 sages' descendants, Zelda, & Link. #5. YES! YES!!! #4. Who? #3. YES!!! YES!!!!!! #2. KILL the bald B*ST*RD! #1. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
I wouldn't say that Ganon was ordering Vaati around since that was only true in one game FSA. He was acting on his own in the original Four Swords and Minish Cap.
The Green Scorpion Weapons month 4; maces, chainsaws, chakrams, tanfas, bo staffs, beasts, kick masters, summoners, and transformers (like Shanoa and Nidalee)
Anyone else hoping for a top 10 beast-masters list? And I don't mean summoning common or garden beasties but have trained one or more creatures to fight in their stead.
Also, you should add in a rule about No Divinely Acquired abilities. Clerics, Priests, Cultists, that's power granted by a god, not really arcanely invoked. Even still, praying for veigar to be on the list.
I originally thought that Vaati was gonna be at the spot with the Zelda mage, and while Ganondorf is perfectly capable of holding his own, you COMPLETELY overlooked Midna. Granted, she couldn't stand up to Ganondorf in the end, but I feel like Ganondorf is just too sword reliant to be called a true warlock. But that's just my opinion. Ghirahim would've been a good competitor for the spot, too.
#10: As awesome playing as her in Judgement was, I hate her personality in it. She constantly complains about being wrongfully judged for being a witch, which is understandable, but has no sympathy for Cornell (someone completely in control of his werewolf power) and treats him with the same prejudice that she's been faced with. Not only that but whenever someone refuses to fight and tries to reasonable, she claims that it is because she is a woman (Essentially a "Tumbler Feminist"). On the bright side, she seems pretty cool in Castlevania III and very respectable. The whole dressing-up like a man to fight reminds of Jeanne d'arc and Mulan making her seem pretty awesome. Admittedly, her appearance in Judgement is of her personality before Castlevania III and Trevor even says this outright during the story mode. Given how he recognized traits of hotheadedness among other things as things signifying her youth, this doesn't seem like a poor portrayal like that of Eric. Despite my mini-rant, I actually agree with you on her, particularly due to mentioning things in her home-game that I had no knowledge of.
That and maybe being captured and petrified by a Cyclops brought down her haughtiness in a good level and then having to work with Trevor that infects her with his good nature made her mellow out and becoming cool. In her ending, it's said that she felt comfortable after being with Trevor rather than her rough past.
NeoJusteBelmont Thanks for more insight on her character. I only knew a little about her aside from her appearance in Judgement, so more information helps me have a better idea about the character.
Griffin Higbe I think she counts as a spellcaster, but is harder to place since she uses conventional weapons so often, mainly her guns. This doesn't mean she isn't a great spellcaster, but we tend to favor specialization, so she ultimately missed the Top Ten.
"Well, I cast flame shield"
Alright, that's it... I lol'd
spikeharusame you activated my trap card!
I cast dispel
Tharja is surprisingly caring for most of the shepherds.
Woo-hoo! Magic is my go-to choice of weapon! I'll bet there'll be some great characters here!
10) I'm not familiar with Castlevania.
9) She is so whacked-up, but she's still a fun character. I'd also like to give an honorable mention to the other main dark mage Henry, and Miriel, my favorite mage in the game.
8) This is a game I'd like to play someday.
7) The obligatory LoL entry, and I think you have a solid choice. A good champion pick for beginners and veterans alike. Also, dat Ashe. =D
6) I forgot how much magic Ganondorf has used. O_o Also, that's an awesome theory you've got there. New headcanon!
5) I like this choice, too! I gotta get around to playing Cave Story again.
4) OH MY GOOOOOD! I REMEMBER THE GREAT MIZUTI! Man, it's something when you rent a game for a week and still remember a character more than a decade later. I never did beat Baitan Kaitos, but I can at least brag at being one of the few who've played it.
3) Another awesome choice. GREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN!
2) I want to give this guy his just desserts, too.
1) How did I not see this coming? An excellent #1.
Not only do I also believe that the Gerudo are descended from Groose but Ganondorf himself is Groose's reincarnation.
Some of my favorites are Veigar, Vivi, and Bleu from Breath of Fire.
I was hoping Vivi would be on the list, but I'm glad that he was still an honorable mention.
***** I thought naga is/was the guy & the female is/was called lamia or gorgon. It's that way in near every story or myth.
If gods were allowed I could imagine hades being on there
*****
not really It's just all the differently named creatures have minor differences that some don't notice make them a completely different creature.(example #1: nightmare, pegasus, unicorn. #2: sphinx, griffin, chimera. #3 harpy, tengu, siren.)
*****
sorry you had it coming & the female form of a naga is called nagi which is similar to but not a gorgon or lamia.
I hope next weapons are
Top 10 Shield wielders
Top 10 Gauntlets
or
Top 10 Chemical/Poison users
***** Oh!? I usually dont watch the credits, but hey I, guessed the next list without even realizing it.
Love this list.
#10 Definitely not going to the final battle.
#9 She turned me into newt, but I got better.
#8 Oh no I didn't catch the ball in a cup. Wait it's ok cause ball is on a string attached to the cup.
#7 (Insert blue song here)
#6 I am the lord of all evil you will not be rid of me.
#5 Was it a big rock?
#4 Give a round of applause to The Great and Powerful Trix- er I mean Mizuti!
#3 You sick bastard.
#2 Fear Mansex
#1 "Why create when it will only be destroyed? Why cling to life knowing that you have to die?"
10) Never played Castlevania much, but seems like a good character
9) She's good, but Henry's personality wins the day for me
8) I knew you'd have a Tales game, and I knew it wouldn't be Xillia, which sucks because Rowen's a badass and Elize is adorable.
7) Of course League turns up, Ryze is good but I prefer Janna
6) You make some great points about Ganondorf, I never thought about it that way
5) I've heard of this, but not seen much of it.
4) Also no idea, but it looks fun
3) A good character, very well written and designed
2) What a complete badass. That design combined with the voice of Leonard Nimoy makes him one of my favourite villains
1) No suprises here, it was always gonna be Kefka.
Also, would like to give an Honourable Mention/Shoutout to Dhoulmagus/Rapthorne, the main villain of Dragon Quest 8
Poison Wielders huh? I guess that leaves one question: Twitch, Singed or Teemo?
I didn’t play dragon quest 8 i played dragon quest 9
I guess Im kind of off topic but do anybody know of a good website to watch newly released tv shows online ?
@Major Kai Flixportal =)
@Adrian Leandro Thanks, I signed up and it seems like a nice service =) Appreciate it!
@Major Kai glad I could help :D
That Ganonondorf entry....I think I have a new headcanon....

Eh I wouldn't consider him a great a villain. Not when his plans are so convoluted
Even after Kingdom Hearts 3 came out years ago, I can say that the grave is already dug and filled in, yet the soul just isn't going to rest.
I love how the start of number 8 pulls up the wizard101 element chart.
How about a Top Ten Video Game Masterminds list. For the heroes and villians' who use strategy manipulation or misdirection to achieve there goals. Like Arthas, or Kain.
You should totally do Top 10 Psychics sometime! Assuming you haven't already.
I LOVE Dimentio! If Lord Fawful had a glory rival, it would be him.
I totally agree on number 2. And what I love the most him isn't his supreme magical manipulation. I love his cunning, his logical *acknowledgement* that he is perfectly beatable, and how he like... *NEVER* brags about his skills (easily the most powerful spellcaster in the series).

6 and 2 would make a great death battle
I cast Flame Shield sounds like a Wizard101 reference. I fucking love that game.
Nice man really enjoyed this countdown!

My favorite mage from Awakening is Henry. He's so different from the usual Dark Mages from ANY game series, and it's awesome.
I knew you would that joke from the Batman Animated series. Also, these lists are becoming more unconventional, I like it!
I ran a trickster Kokiri once. street magicians are such a great skill set. wish there were enough of them to make a list.
Anyone else came down here to see if Josh commented on #1?
much respect, love the list and have no arguments with it.
For me, well-
Calista, Mirania, Lowell, Yurick, Henry, Ricken, Lissa, Brady, from the top of my head.
Pent, just, Pent.
Her high magic and her healtouch ability makes her an excellent candidate for Physic staves, Fortify too
TerravancerYoh
If I had to place a mage from my favourite FE game (Awakening) on this List I would go with Avatar, because that includes, in my eyes, future Avatar too./to keep spoiler free/
Good list.
you do a good job listing the different characters powers, lore and at time personality.
though i my opinnion i would had added Kuja (ff9) higher than Kefka. but thats just my opinion.
looking forward to the next list.
Wow I haven't wact your stuff I a long time and you have done so much
_"MAGIC!! IT IS NOT...an exact science"_ - Merasmus, 1972.
I personally would put the necromancer from Diablo 2, he doesn't only summon minions, including dead enemies, throw poison, bones and spirits, but he has also a cool set of spells that really affect the monster and change the way you can play the game with him, spells that increase damage by 100%, spells that reduce damage, spell that terrorize enemies, spells that return damaga (very useful against Diablo), a spell that make that every nearby enemy attacks a particulary enemy and my favourite, a spell that confuse the enemies and make them attack other enemies, is very cool watching the enemies attacking other enemies and very useful too because instead of attacking your minions, they attack other monsters making damage while your minions don't recieve damage but make damage too
Vivi did'nt destroy the world but Kuja did, He almost destroyed two.
#8 is from my favorite game. for once someone who even knows of its existence.
Hopefully, top 10 Chainsaw/Buzzsaw wielders will be on this Weapons Month, because I've got a few candidates for that list; Juliet Starling, Jack Cayman, Adam the Clown, the Child with the Chainsaw from Catherine, and a few others.
I also thought of Chainsaw Wielders! I'd love to see that.
Another one: Blade wolf from Metal Gear Rising
***** Oh yeah I completely forgot about him. Thanks for reminding me ObsidiusFan.
Would the Truck from Sonic Generations qualify?
Omnicidal Clown No problem XD
And I don't think the Truck would qualify.
Juliet Starling should be #1 IMO.
Nice list, dude. Can't lie...saw Kefka coming a mile away! Haha
YASSSSS!!!! I love cave story, Misery is an interesting character to me. I love cave story and it's music, story and combination of science and magic
You forgot to add Ganondorf used magic to kill the Deku Tree
#8 yeah a Tales character :D
#6 That one was unexpected
#1 Also unexpected (for me anyways) but well deserving of the top spot
Personally I would've chosen Henry from FE:A instead of Tharja but that's just me.
TSLsmokey I love Henry. He's easily my favorite character in the game. Just everything he says is so entertaining and quotable.
Henry: That goes against my moral compass
Everyone else: YOUR MORAL COMPASS IS A FUCKING ROULETTE WHEEL!!
I love that comic.
Dimentio is my favorite villain in video games. He puts Kefka to shame.
Yes, I have just enough time to watch this before work
I personally would go Henry.
He finally made a "dat ashe" joke. The day has finally come.
I somehow expected number one but, at least in my opinion, I would have chosen someone from IX (Kuja, Vivi or even Beatrix are for me better options). But it's still good!
A list about the greatest spellcasters? Well this ought to be good.
Note to self: when I make a spellcasters list, remember not to put evil spellcasters and/or Gods on this list
#9 Is it me, or is some of the gameplay footage featuring Tharja and Robin together from EWNetwork?! Good pick though :)
Xehanort is like the Kingdom Hearts version of Liquid. He just never goes away!
Great list. I tend to agree on fe mages. My personal favorite is Nino, from blazing sword. Like, just Nino. Nergal is close second just cuz of that spell lol
Let's not forget Ganon in Link to the Past disguised himself as a wizard.
Duh! Of course! Who would take the #1 spot other than the guy who became the *freaking God of Magic!?!?!*
This list was another amazing one, with some great choices like Ganondorf, Dimention, Xehanort and Kefa (Funny how most Spellcasters are villains) WM3 is coming out as the best one so far!
Man, there was a lot of work put into this. And yeah, most of the magic-users are downright INSANE! O__o
There is 5pb and MAGES.:
Here you go:
10. Ayano Nakakouji - Genmukan
9. Zeena - Sonic Lost World
8. Tharja - Fire Emblem Awakening
7. Eric Lecarde - Castlevania Judgment
6. Yui Hirasawa - K-On
5. Princess Natalia - Tales of the Abyss
4. Mikuru Asahina - Haruhi Series
3. Orihime Inoue - Bleach
2. Histoire - Hyperdimension Neptunia
1. Usagi Tsukino - Sailor Moon
Got an ear for the stuff.
Hey, another HDN fan
@@shelbybayer200 Cool. We need A new one.
I really wish you had played The Last Story already, because there are 4 spellcasters in that game that are great as spellcasters and as characters. I really recommend that game, and when I make my first countdown in a couple days, I'll explain why.
Some of my favorites are Rita from Tales of Vesperia and Aqua from Kingdom Hearts Birth by sleep
I have an idea of a weapon countdown, unless It's already been done. Top ten trap masters/ tricksters.
Contraversial list? I'd say this is your best list yet.
I actually didn't think you would do spell casters but hooray
The Green Scorpion
#7. Really Ryze? Man up the magic!
#6. Yuga took control of Ganon. And he trapped the 7 sages' descendants, Zelda, & Link.
#5. YES! YES!!!
#4. Who?
#3. YES!!! YES!!!!!!
#2. KILL the bald B*ST*RD!
#1. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
I wouldn't say that Ganon was ordering Vaati around since that was only true in one game FSA. He was acting on his own in the original Four Swords and Minish Cap.
Gongora from Lost Odyssey would have been another great choice but is kinda of similar to Kefka. Still, excellent list!
2:35 You should make top 10 psychics.
Another top ten I'm not in. Glorious.
I don't remember Ganon ordering Vaati around in the Minish Cap...I don't even think he was mentioned.
"Never trust a clown. That means you Josh!"
the thing that is scary about xehanort is that he isn't even fighting you seriously at all judging by how powerful his armor no heart is
The Green Scorpion Weapons month 4;
maces, chainsaws, chakrams, tanfas, bo staffs, beasts, kick masters, summoners, and transformers (like Shanoa and Nidalee)
Well thats new, Spock knows how to do magic(Leonard Nimory is the voice of Xehanort)
I do wish that Magus had been on this list, but the bumper will have to do.
I was expecting a fire emblem mage on here.
But I wasn't expecting it to be one of the few that I actually know about.
Anyone else hoping for a top 10 beast-masters list? And I don't mean summoning common or garden beasties but have trained one or more creatures to fight in their stead.
Lezard Valeth from Valkyrie Profile would've been a great addition to this list
Poison Wielders huh? The first thing that comes to mind is "Assassin" for some reason.
Also, Top 10 Martial Artists....make it happen plz :D
Can someone please explain to me What tecnaturgy is? Is that just a thing in LOL? What does it do? How does it work?
Ghirahim would've been a good competitor for the spot, too.
so the mark of a good villain is to wait for the heroes to do something and then snatch whatever they want from them? just remember, children snatch
For your Tales entry, I would of gone with Rita Mordio from Tales of Vesperia. Once she is in overlimit, Rita becomes a magical nuke!
Would Bayonetta be considered a magic user (based on this countdown's rules I mean)?
Griffin Higbe I think she counts as a spellcaster, but is harder to place since she uses conventional weapons so often, mainly her guns. This doesn't mean she isn't a great spellcaster, but we tend to favor specialization, so she ultimately missed the Top Ten.
