I do think Xavier is better than Cecilion: -Better cc because the casting time is way faster and it even lingers on the ground for some time so you can immobilize the enemy even if you miss. It also covers a bigger area. You can also stun enemies close range, not Cecilion. -Early game rotation problem is partially solved because of across the map ultimate, damage is also way higher in early game than Cecilion, and on par with him in late Only thing that may favor Cecilion is that Xavier is quite ult reliant, in contrary to Cecilion. So Xavier in late has trouble clearing when there are no enemies nearby and you don't really want to ult on minions to get passive either, cause team fights might start.
While i do agree with you on cecillion, there is one problem. If he positions well, it will be very hard to kill him. And, if you have someone like saber, cecellion can simply build a bit of tank items and it wont affect his damage much since it mainly comes from his max mana. I already did this in a match i recorded
In early game, buying the steel legs can boost your tankiness massively, for both mm and mages. Me personally tho, i prefer the smol version of antique cuirass
Luo Yi gains more shield if she hits marked enemies repeatedly which is crucial to survive certain attacks or ganks. Like Luo Yi could have survived so many times in this video but used the wrong combos at the wrong time.👀
Alpha is a great counter to most of these, especially pharsa and vale as he interrupts AND closes in the gap between him and pharsa and he exits vale's ult and pulls out an UNO reverse by ulting him INSTEAD. If he manages to sneak upon cecilion its game over as ceci wont deal major damage up close and you cannot outrun Alpha cuz he has hunter's strike and slows from s1 and passive. Along with immortal beast Terizla, Alpha is my favourite fighter as hes very similar yet so different. Squishy, FAST, has same splash, insane cc ult, insane heal, uses vengeance, VERY powerful in right hands in a 1v1 and there are so many interaction with Alpha and a slightest mistake costs you so i really enjoy him cuz hes pure adrenaline rush.
Totally agreed bro. I take Purify for most of the time @ Side lane that after 8 mins into game is Alpha's power spike since most enemies group up together. Sadly Alpha is forgotten nowadays because of the tanky meta and sustainable Exp laners.

Im now playing Atlas/Johnson/Belerick and for exp i 95% of the time play Terizla. The 5% are shared by Thamuz (when i can incorporate dhs) , Argus (when i just throw cuz of braindead teammates) and FINALLY, Alpha. Alpha is sooo hard to pick now as you cannot have a desireable environment for him most of the time as Alpha relies on his initiator (tank) in the lategame. Alpha is vulnerable to ganks. Alpha is vulnerable to high burst, even with vengeance. Meanwhile my main fighter (same matches with Alpha, first fighter i fell in love with) Terizla has 54 matches in mythic 3 (always close to mythic 2 but cant reach it cuz of russians and ukranians) and my wr is 70% (b4 it was 35 matches 76% wr). Terizla is just pretty much no skill, tanky AF, tankier than your roamer l8 game, enough damage to kill squishies and can DESTROY ganks if slightly fed. Only thing you need to know are his several interactions and matchups against exp laners in early game (how to make a first blood and dominate them). He may be slow, but that doesnt matter much as hes used for zoning and guarding teammates and lord/objectives, giving vision, checking the bush. If you are a tank main (like me) you will absolutely be able to abuse Terizla to the fullest. As a tank, even if you are bad (i.e. Atlas against diggie), you will be so much useful if you provide CONSTANT vision, check bushes, contest and zone objectives and even lay your life for that. Like, as Terizla yesterday i had aulus exp and his boyfriend xavier was on his lane all the time to gank him. I destroyed them so bad, next time they called diggie in order to kill me. Then diggie wasnt around and i killed em both again. During lategame we won as my real problem was only Clint but only cuz i didnt see he had crit so i built blade armor instead of boots. If you are interested in a hero that can carry the frontline lategame, Terizla is great. Hes stupid op early game, survives ganks cuz of passive, hits powerspike at levels 2, 4, bloodlust axe and last item (queen's wings). If you wanna know my Alpha and Terizla setups, let me know. I love playing Luo yi and cecillion . Since I am good at positioning, I make sure to annoy the enemy and spam skills. So many awesome moments with Luo teleport skill and two shotting anyone with ceci's 2nd then 1st skill. I use purify for battle spell and almost survive like 90 percent of the time with less than 25 percent hp
As a lou yi main i would say her playstyle force you to play less aggrasive and it's better if you mark enemies first then use second skill. And that item that freezes u( idk it's name ) u can helo alot since u can use your teleport circle and freeze
Luo Yi main here (3400+MMR), unless we're talking about fighters, Assassins with dash skills can basically delete you in under a 2 seconds. What you prolly meant to say is that it forces the opposing team to be less aggressive in team fights. But one on one, you're pretty much a sitting duck against any equipped assassin. Even with a double pull, once that 3rd dispersion misses, you're dead.

You can get killed but every hero can get killed😂 if you are a lou yi main i doubt that u play her in the right way.
As a Yve main, I do want to point out that she could also have a hard time against regen/lifesteal-based sustain heroes, especially in teamfights. I tried her in many matches, and even with anti-heal she might have trouble with damage. From my experience, the solution was Glowing Wand and Antiheal combined, it works, but you might prioritize defense items first (I use Talisman as my 2nd core item for Yve so it takes up 1 slot and it hampers flexibility)
as poke mage main, watching this is refreshing i know my weakness but i like it when i know it from different perspective ill add another cecillion weakness that doesnt listed here, his first using more and more mana each time he use it on late game his skill is hurt but if you glance at his mana around 40% and he already throw 3 poke he will be useless for a moment. also while his 1st have short cd, but he have to manage the mana usage and reset the skill. so theres a cooldown to his 1st skill technically which is the short period when he have to reset his 1st. at that time, kill his tank if you can
I really find it disappointing to have a Cecilion on our side because he would be definitely anchoring his ass only at Mid lane for increasing his stacks around until mid game. That makes the team really weak because most ganks & skirmishes happen around these times and the team is short of the crowd control support.
When using cecillion you should 1st skill the jungle creeps to gain more stacks and when they gank you just run away and poke with 1st so you gain stacks keep a safe distance when your ganking since he's weak in close range you can rotate after clearing the minion waves then try to poke the enemy as much as possible
Cecelion with 400 stacks in the late** game is scary,cuz he can spam high dmg-ing skill,and with blue buff, he's gnna spam till someone dies. Athena shield is almost pointless if you keep getting hit by him. So if i faced against him, I'd either not let him get any stacks or target him first.
If you leave him alone the whole game he won't get to 400 stacks before 20 mins at least. So it's always late game He can never get past 200 stacks in early game... But to be fair he only needs 250 stacks to kill almost everything with 4 bats max. Greater than that is good for carrying when you need to kill everyone by yourself

Pharsa can also stun marked enemy(first skill) with her ultimate which makes easier to ambush squisy heroes lacking cc immune. 1st skill+ ultimate (stun effect) +ultimate and enemy is gone
As a change main i recommend using nana or zhask against him because they can ruin change's early game. But late game change is really scary so try ending soon
When playing luo yi it is better to hit first skill first... So u can bring the enemy where ever u want with second skill+ it is more easy to execute her combo....always build winter ice thing... So u can ult and ice combo to saftey... When enemies are chasing or ur inside yins ult... Never use second skill... Just keep spamming first skill... The shield and movement speed helps to escape.... When facing heroes like gusion, nat, lance, ling etc always look map and u can easily outplay them.... When ever u see them mark them with first skill.... Then avoid there skills.... Meanwhile waste ur first skill by not hitting them.... Then use second skill on them... Again hit with first skill... Now u can deal massive damage and double cc them.... Then spam first skill.... Also u can build her more tanky with clock of destiny build with tank items.... But i prefer CD glowing want and ice queen build... Which gives her good amount of movement speed witch helps to easily execute her combos
5:47 I disagree with you. Change is one of the best heroes to make the comeback. She can defend the base extremely well. She can split push safely unlike many other mages. She can contest objectives well even when behind. She can fight for territory (e.g. around buffs) extremely well. She is good at picking off heroes, though she does need someone to set up for her.
na if ceclion plays well, his stacks and late game damage are inevitable. Also his wave clear is only bad for like the first 2 or 3 waves. with like 20 ish stacks and lvl 4 with component item from clock of destiny, his damage is also deceptively strong in 1v1 vs other mages. finally, because he scales so hard, you can literally build 2 defense items and still do the most damage on your team.
I love cecilion so much I've won alot of matches with him especially with my gf she use's carmilla and we tried different kinds of cecilion and carmilla like cecilion core it works

Hi! Global Cecillion here, I would like to state that the counters for cecillion in this game so far are the assassins' Hanzo, Hayabusa, Ling and Gusion. From the mage side, its Yve 100%. There's no other mages that has given me as much trouble as a pro yve in ranked matches. I could easily escape Kadita, Kagura and Valentina and outburst them but Yve has a very high range. If a cecillion knows your skills and has good map awareness, you lost the game. Cecillions laning is fast if he doesn't rely too much on collecting his stacks. 3 hits and the lane is cleared early game. You can't escape from a pro ling, gs, haya or hanzo if they lock onto you. Have fun!
One of the times I played against cecilion either teams couldnt end the game. So the cecilion has so many stacks and he also went tank. He dealt insane damage and was so hard to kill. We eventually lost the game

Oracle's passive is not working? Try it with freya her shield and hp regen from items such as hass claw is not getting enhanced by 30%. Even aegis spell is not takin the effect of oracle's passive. If i am wrong please make video on oracle explaining its effect with freya.
First of all if your using Yve yous shouldn't ult in the middle if the teamfight you should ult in the back to gain distance bit still do damage her escape skill imo is her 1st she can gain movement speed by hitting enemies which she can use to escape non dashing heroes she can also nuke mm and makes at max level and if your low hp keep poking the enemy then ult cause if your max stacks you can kill the enemy

When playing luo yi it is better to hit first skill first... So u can bring the enemy where ever u want with second skill+ it is more easy to execute her combo....always build winter ice thing... So u can ult and ice combo to saftey... When enemies are chasing or ur inside yins ult... Never use second skill... Just keep spamming first skill... The shield and movement speed helps to escape.... When facing heroes like gusion, nat, lance, ling etc always look map and u can easily outplay them.... When ever u see them mark them with first skill.... Then avoid there skills.... Meanwhile waste ur first skill by not hitting them.... Then use second skill on them... Again hit with first skill... Now u can deal massive damage and double cc them.... Then spam first skill.... Also u can build her more tanky with clock of destiny build with tank items.... But i prefer CD glowing want and ice queen build... Which gives her good amount of movement speed witch helps to easily execute her combos

5:47 I disagree with you. Change is one of the best heroes to make the comeback. She can defend the base extremely well. She can split push safely unlike many other mages. She can contest objectives well even when behind. She can fight for territory (e.g. around buffs) extremely well. She is good at picking off heroes, though she does need someone to set up for her.

Every Chang'e player I encounter as an ally are VERY good at using her
na if ceclion plays well, his stacks and late game damage are inevitable. Also his wave clear is only bad for like the first 2 or 3 waves. with like 20 ish stacks and lvl 4 with component item from clock of destiny, his damage is also deceptively strong in 1v1 vs other mages. finally, because he scales so hard, you can literally build 2 defense items and still do the most damage on your team.
I love cecilion so much I've won alot of matches with him especially with my gf she use's carmilla and we tried different kinds of cecilion and carmilla like cecilion core it works

Hi! Global Cecillion here, I would like to state that the counters for cecillion in this game so far are the assassins' Hanzo, Hayabusa, Ling and Gusion. From the mage side, its Yve 100%. There's no other mages that has given me as much trouble as a pro yve in ranked matches. I could easily escape Kadita, Kagura and Valentina and outburst them but Yve has a very high range. If a cecillion knows your skills and has good map awareness, you lost the game. Cecillions laning is fast if he doesn't rely too much on collecting his stacks. 3 hits and the lane is cleared early game. You can't escape from a pro ling, gs, haya or hanzo if they lock onto you.

One of the times I played against cecilion either teams couldnt end the game. So the cecilion has so many stacks and he also went tank. He dealt insane damage and was so hard to kill. We eventually lost the game

Oracle's passive is not working? Try it with freya her shield and hp regen from items such as hass claw is not getting enhanced by 30%. Even aegis spell is not takin the effect of oracle's passive. If i am wrong please make video on oracle explaining its effect with freya.

First of all if your using Yve yous shouldn't ult in the middle if the teamfight you should ult in the back to gain distance bit still do damage her escape skill imo is her 1st she can gain movement speed by hitting enemies which she can use to escape non dashing heroes she can also nuke mm and makes at max level and if your low hp keep poking the enemy then ult cause if your max stacks you can kill the enemy

Don't pick Pharsa if the opposing team has a chance to cancel your ult or get to you quickly, you're basically meat to the slaughter. Paquito, Yu zhong, joy, saber, Hayabusa etc etc loves you and thanks you for the kills if you do

Odette too,honestly odette is just burst now since her revamp just lowered her damage,cc,utility,and the most important thing to her,RANGE😭 they made her even more weaker at the revamp on just for a dash😫 even her damage reduction was removed and her entire kit is almost useless🥲 even her second skill has scandalous range,not so long cc,and is only immobilize☠️🖐️ like what is immobilize Ganna do against heroes that will cc your ult😭🖐️
Like there's no reason to interupt her ult if it barely deals damage alone,she cannot perform anything while it's active(other than flicker),and has almost no range compared to her pre revamp😭 I noticed how short her range was every time I try to poke my enemies and it can't even reach enemies who are in the indicator of the skill☠️💀☠️ like not only is her skills hard to hit,it's so short and barely do anything😭🖐️ I don't care if they don't return her old vertion,just buff her range and that's all☠️
