Yes, they clean the toilets every time they come. Usually they come once in 2 days, but if you want to get your room cleaned early, you can write in a register kept near the entry of hostel or directly approach them if you see them nearby and they will come and clean the room.

you have to pay everything in advance, then you can check the monthly deduction of money, category wise, on mahe site. If there is any fine or utility charges they will be deducted from your prepaid amount and then you have to clear your dues while paying for the next year.

KMC Manipal has 250 seats all are AIQ of these seats 37 are for NRI. You have to apply for deemed university on mcc.nic.in , Registration fee is 10000 for government and 2 lakh for deemed university. Registration fee is refunded after addmission process is completed
There are multiple options for laundry for girls, you can choose whichever you like, prices vary. But for Indra people, they need to go outside the hostel to give their laundry, but in boys hostel, a person comes to the room to collect it.
You can get a single room in Nehru b&c only in the second year. But if you want at the beginning itself, you can write a mail to the chief warden stating the problem you are facing in the double room and request for allotment of a single room in a different hostel. There will be a waiting list for this.
Last year, I got 579 marks and rank was 30k, and got in first round itself, so you have high chances that you will get KMC Manipal if you fill the preferences correctly.

70.80 lakhs is course fee hostel is extra 1780000 + 118500 for non AC double room including mess 1st year fee.
