Hope you are well buddy I've semi retired my Zziplex Tz500 it's got too much for me I will use it when there's some big seas on but really enjoyed fishing with my softer Abu Suveran Tournament Rod it's easier to use.

      Hello Ray 👋
As always its great to hear from you buddy was well chuffed on this session especially with The New Series catching the Species there's a fair few Haddock again this year showing on the Holderness Coast I think it's down to the wind turbines off shore helping with the Eco System with marine life.

      Hello Chris 👋
It's my favourite rig I've won lots of clubs matches using this rig over the years and caught some nice fish on it.
Especially the whiting in fact I caught 2 out of 3 very big whiting on the Holderness Coast at 2lb.2oz and 2lb.1oz on this rig a few years ago my best whiting is 2lb.3oz on the Holderness Coast I also use the same rig for Dabs.
Wow buddy that's a nice Bass 👍🎣 top angling Chris.

Cracking video John good to see the flatties showing ,they have been scarce this year ,as for dogs hmm i am a dog lover/owner but most are untrained ,and the amount of people who do not pick up their crap and just say the tide will take it away !!!.As for you saying we all fish differently , of course we do , i fish 100% different to you but if it works don't change it .Good to see the Haddock returning and the ting ting

      Hello Daystatesniper01 👋
Thank you some much for watching and your comment buddy as always.
I know what you mean buddy about some dog owners there just let them run wild I also was a dog owner I had a German Shepherd which was well trained and also in control of him and picked up his poo 💩 but also we has anglers have to do our bit regarding Rigs, Hooks, Bait and Sandwiches for dogs to pick up.
I did really enjoyed this session catching different species I like January for the Dabs on the Holderness the best ever session I had was 16 at Cowden a fair few years ago which included one just over the pound mark I was fishing a match and won 💯% specimen award for this area but I do catching Dabs. The Haddock are showing again in no's on the Holderness Coast someone had 10 at Hornsea just a couple of days after me.
Again thank you buddy and tight lines from us all at the Levo's Crew 🎣 👍

Hi John, thanks for posting I enjoyed it. I’m really interested as to why the haddock are showing in numbers? Do you know why? Is it something to do with wind turbines maybe acting a bit like an artificial reef? Cheers

    • @LevosAnglingAdventures

      @@elliottspicer Hello Elliott
Sorry about the late reply been a little busy at work thank you so much for watching and your comment buddy.
I've fished the Holderness Coast since I was 7 with my dad I am now 63 I've never seen Haddock getting caught in all them years until last year which is fantastic we are on the same lines I was ask this question just the other day by someone on the beach I definitely think it's got a lot to do with the turbines like you said about the reef I think there's a massive food chain happening around the turbines and a big sanctuary and safe haven for fish.
Years ago we had the odd dogfish pop up on the coast but now they are caught in no's I have noticed a big difference with the fish been caught on the Holderness Coast I wouldn't be surprised to see more species turning up.
This is just my opinion and experience whole fishing the beautiful Holderness Coast.
Again thank you buddy from us all at the Levo's Crew and tight lines 👍🎣
