Also, I have to correct myself here now. For exalted weapons, the Circuit takes the mod page corresponding to the mod page you selected for your warframe. So, say you choose the second mod page of your warframe, then the game will automatically select the second mod page for your exalted weapon as well.

Titiania with the spread status effect totally works.. sucks that Mesa's doesn't as you have stated. With how DE is with randomization, I have only really gotten Mesa maybe 3 times since the launch of this. I KEEP getting frames I rarely use, which is annoying. Especially when I have played them all and have 4 to 5 formas in every frame. Since the recent updates I have to do a SP Lone Story to roll them out, or if I am not confident in the frame I do just plain Lone Story... 20 minute re-roll of 5 frames can piss you off when you get an even worse lineup sometimes, lol.
