Geez what neat stuff. The Wacaco small hand pump espresso maker caught my attention despite all the high end stuff. So simple but useful. I can't wait for more exciting products.
Cool beans! Good selection of vendors, liked the product maturity, indicating staying power in the market for us homey brewers: Wacaco French purpose built origin story, Superkop impromtu workflow demo, plus Fellow Aiden first look were nice highlights
I really appreciate your videos. I want to buy a coffee grinder and was wondering what grinder I should buy. I want to combine it with a cheap DeLonghi dedica. I saw your video on the DF54 and it seems that it is the best value. Unfortunately I life in Germany. So the price would be 300€. Is this still a good value or should I get another grinder instead? I would like to use the grinder for espresso. But I also want to do other things with it like mokapot, pour over, french press etc. Greetings from Hannover
Hi, nice video. I would love if you make one video about the water you use for making the coffee's. Do you buy it from te store or you filtrate it yourself? Thank you in advance, (if you make such a video). Best regards!
I used to log a 1.5 L jugs from the store, but they got old quick. Now I use a Britta filter and I descale regularly. It works out fine. Some people get distilled water and add their own salts, but I don’t take it that far.
Sure. It is Swiss watch of espresso. But folks like to hear about it. And those Mazzer grinders are pricey too. Anyway. I just thought you might like to see.
That was very interesting ! I can imagine how it smells there! 🤯 Liked the idea of the manual pump - Maybe in a few years, that will be a must to save energy ....yep - I agree the wacaco is quite tempting too. Lovely designs... 😎
Hey Tom, I may have been mistaken about Option-O being there. But I did see WMF on the list, I wonder what they are offering? I have a toaster, and espresso glasses from them 😄 Also why not head by Slayer and Weber, always useful to see what top of the line is offering, for free!
I think WMF is doing gastronomy machines. Slayer and Weber are cool, but honestly outside the price range I normally consider. I think honestly the prettiest machines I saw were from Sanremo.
@@TomsCoffeeCorner Interesting, never heard of them before - they look super cool! (Though I still think if I went for broke on espresso, I'd just get a Manument ;) )
I’ll be honest, it was too late in the day for me to be drinking caffeine. We also didn’t have a scale or WDT method for distribution, so it’d be a little unfair to make a judgment. I’m guessing it can do a fine job, but I don’t have the empirical data.
The price is because it looks like it's designed more for a small coffee shop and not really home use? It's very much overbuilt to be used thousands of times a year by the looks of it. But compared to other manual lever designs, I could see 4 or 5 on a wall for a lot less money than a typical commercial setup. The downside is having to fill the water by hand every time.
Which companies or products are you guys excited about?
Here’s a list here: www.worldofcoffee.org/whos-exhibiting
Mazzer Omega is so underrated. It should get more noice in the market.
Спасибо! 💛Cooooooool !!!! I’m so excited for you !!! Thank you for sharing 🫶🏻☕️
Thanks for your support!
That Philos is gorgeous!!
The Mazzer grinders look superb, especially the hand powered ones.
Omega sells for $331, it better look superb. :)
Mazzer Omega is one of the best hand grinder in the market. It’s one of my favorite grinder among C40, M47, K ultra .
Thanks for the tour! Can't wait for the next one.

Would be cool to look at the new Profitec and Slayer machines!
A very enjoyable tour, you awesome ❤

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m glad that you liked those products. 👍🏻

Thanks for a interesting video Tom!
Thanks Tom. I'd like to see you review the Wacaco pumps!
For the Fellow brewer, I’d prefer a square display as opposed to a circle that cuts off text. It’s awkward.
This was a very interesting and entertaining video! As an engineer, you were probably in coffee nerd heaven 😊 Thanks for sharing!
Great video love it 🫶
Nice video. Please just stop by Olympia Express booth. My friend Sascha is there manning it and he has great coffee.
I saw the Zeus grinder at SCA Chicago, it's petty neat.

Oh yes, I enjoyed seeing it. It's a handsome machine with nice materials. Perhaps I'll shoot a little footage yet.
Any lever machines that heat by thermocoil/induction?

24:11 everything is square except circle diaplay window that is optimized for square display😂
Eureka Zeus One is an answer to Ceado E37Z
So what was the taste like on that lever machine???? Needs to be pretty darn good to have a 799 euros price tag!

The Fellow Stagg stinks horribly like some truckload full of chemicals. Does no one ever notice that?
@@tbrinkmann7731 I didn’t check out the Stagg. Never used one in fact.
