That is one gorgeous Kawasaki Triple, unlike anything that I have ever seen before. Your buddy that was an airplane machinist has sick talent, and put a whole lot of love and dedication into that bike.
Had a neighbor who had a 500 back in the 70s Had expansion chambers and wheelie bar's. Those were needed. They were and still are my favorite street bike. The Sound !

MR50!!!! My first bike ever when i was 4. Real boys bike! Learn to use that clut h and ride that before i learned how to ride a bicycle. My older brother would sit on back and Id sit almost on the tank and i would do everything. I could barely reach an 1" passed the pegs though. I was 4yrs old.. Ive wanted one of those to put in the stable for a while now. You guys are the best. My buddies and I are gonna make the trek out there after the holidays and check you guys out. On a personal level I would have much preferred the stock looking tank and tail unit and possibly a set of ace bars which would have been more period looking. The whole set of the triple range are just some of the nicest pure two strokes ever made. I have had a 78 250cc in candy lime green and a 69 H1 500cc which was meant to be two shades of green but someone painted purple, I had it done in the same candy lime as the 250 but sadly no longer have either bike. They always say your first love will always be your best and I feel bikes are much the same, the hunt is on for a 250cc triple.

Gonna do my first this winter. Gonna do a Suzuki SV -650 and somehow build a cafe racer outta it. I know ita not old. Its the 2005. But its gonna be unique ! And its gonna sound mean with the v twin. Gonna pop a sawed off dale walker holeshot echaust on it cause it screams!!! Thanks for sharing this awesome bike buddy
I highly Modified new 75. Kaw triple 250 S,? Blue One..I had it running with other larger 2strokes an d would run with them or past them..lol..serious .nice job on this 350 u did..nice🏁

Hey Kaplan America, I found a 1975 Yamaha Mx 400 for sale. It is in very nice condition and they want $3,200.00 for it. It needs new suspension but overall pretty good shape from the looks of it. Do you think it is worth it. If so I can give you the link for it it’s on Facebook marketplace.

Bought a 73 S2 off a neighbor when I was 14. Thing was so much fun. Terrible handling tho.
