Kilt (killed) lettuce salad

1 head of lettuce wash chopped and dried
1/8c apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
5 strips of bacon
5 green onions chopped
Combine the vinegar and sugar in a small bowl or cup. Fry the bacon and remove it from the grease. Add onions to the grease and cook on low heat. Add the vinegar and sugar to the onions and bacon grease. Pour the mixture over the lettuce and serve.
