  • Mulberry syrup
    6 cups of washed cleaned mulberries
    4 cups of water
    2 1/2 cups of sugar
    2 tablespoons of lemon juice
    Place berries and water into a pot and bring it to a boil and then to a simmer. Simmer for 30 mins. Strain the berries in a cheese cloth and take 3 1/2 cups of the juice and place it back into the pan. Now add the sugar and lemon juice. Simmer for 30 minutes place in sterilized jars with sterile lids and make the ring finger tip tight. Process in the canner for 10 minutes. Allow to sit for 24 hours. Check and make sure the jars have sealed. Then tighten the ring and store. If a jar does not seal place in the refrigerator and it will keep for 2 months.

    I couldn't see where you gave the amounts of mulberries or sugar.

      The recipe calls for 2 1/2 cups of sugar with 6 cups of mulberries. My recipes are attached in the description box. Thank you for watching my video ❤
