Did you say Stanley replaced the mug? We had one get nocked off a table and broke the handle off. Submitted a warranty claim with Stanley and they denied the claim.
Yes! My wife submitted the claim stating the mug fell from our 12-year olds hand and dropped about 18”, breaking the handle. I’ve read mixed reviews about Stanley’s replacement policy. Good luck’
