Hi, thank for the video. that is exactly what h appened with our strolley. seems like an impossible mission to find this part, since model is so old. If you know someone who still has this part (right hand side is broken) i would appreciate your help!
I cannot find a replacement part anywhere on the internet. Most used chassis on the market have the same issue. Any idea where I can buy the disc? Looking at this plastic disc makes me think of planned obsolescence at the Buffalo. Really have to consider buying a different brand for my second child.
bugaboo is the most impossible to repair thing, and its functioning depends on so many fiddly easy-breaking bits being just right... and its glued and riveted not screwed together. clearly deliberately planned to be such . I had a good Mutsy but that was too heavy apparently for women.
Hello, my Donkey has the handlebar that drops on one side when the kids are in the stroller. I’ve swapped out the outside part that connects to the handlebar, from another Donkey, but it still drops. Any recommendations are appreciated.
Swap out more from that other Donkey. :) Try the arm on that side as well, the handle, and definitely the next disk in (or even all of them) - the wear from prolonged Donkey use in the mono-configuration can really affect all the parts on the child side of the chassis. :)

Could that third disk be the source of just one side sagging a little bit?

My bugaboo donkey the front wheel section collapses forward when pressing down on the handle to go up a curb. Or when pulling backwards up a step
Same problem, same location, basically the same process to fix - you'll need to swap over parts from another chassis to fix it. :)
