I'm so glad you allowed us to try free samples!!! I've been trying to search on the web to see if anyone had purchased them so I can see what they would look like, and how they performed. I get to try it for myself now and are very excited, they look very intriguing!!! I also love the personal insight of how you made them and just how much went into this. I was actually wondering this myself since they were so high res, I was very curious how it got to be that way, and that they can do anything, and by that i mean each brush stroke you add, it mixes up!! Can't wait to get working with the free ones(and so far!)!!!

Hi Thorgeir, on the website with the brushes, you show one of them animated. Do you also have a tutorial where you show how to animate a fractal brush piece?
Hi Klara, good question. The answer is that these are two different things you are referring to.
1) Animating a fractal brush stroke. Pretty easy, just draw and hold the pencil down at the end of the stroke. This I show in the tutorial video.
2) Animating a fractal is a convoluted process of moving affines and preaffines in vector-space. I'll definitely consider it, but I'm not sure how many people would watch a video like that 😅

Hi I bought the 8 k brushes on my iPad Air 5, they are beautiful! Thank you, I was wondering do I use layers to make? Also I don’t have much zoom and I can’t see deep into fractal as it pixelates, is the fractal effect only seen when you are using a brush and dancing it over the surface?
Hi Michaela, thank you for buying the brushes 🙌 You can absolutely use layers to separate the different elements in your artwork. When it comes to the details and pixellation, you can try drawing on a bigger canvas. It will make your iPad slower, but I've been able to draw up to 8000x8000 pixel artwork on my iPhone 13 Pro. That gives you plenty of room to zoom. It's basically all about the canvas resolution. So when you create a new canvas, try making it 4000 width and 4000 height. Or play around with different sizes to see what works best for you 😃 Hope that makes sense
