Rowing 315 on the bench is nasty work
Yep,Arnie did it though,he sure did.
It’s ~142kg, wtf
Fasho
Arnold wra on my own Arnold 315

When Arnold was a bodybuilder, he and many fellow competitors sold training pamphlets for developing "Canonball Delts," "Herculean Arms," "Barndoor Back," etc. In his back pamphlet, he said to do 50 pull-ups! If you can't do it in one set, you keep doing them until you get 50 out.
I bought a bunch of pamphlets from Arnold, Franco, Larry Scott, etc. Still got them.
I am young but I love old school training method can you please upload a video of details in the magazine if you have time ? I am very curious to see that
He's right, you don't see any pullup enthusiast with a small back
@@pragatimaloo9081Same I like to really mainly on the golden age bodybuilders their techniques gave them each their own specialties. The only thing I don’t go is their volume because gosh that’s too much for a natty
Are the pamphlets for sale? Pls very interested.
Well done and very professional
Arnolds workouts are a trip to watch. Wish there was much more footage of his workouts. Like there is footage of 90s and later bodybilder's full gym sessions.
Perfectly said and Arnold era was Trim, healthy - no Bubble Gut Fat Mass Era
Do you think Arnold realizes how much people love him?❤
I think Arnold and Ronnie were the best at posing and showing their strong points vs their contemporaries.
Ronnie the best at posing? No. Ronnie was a freak who carried more muscle and detail than anyone else, he could’ve won shows without hitting a single pose
Just bought Arnold's new encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding, highly recommend
Agreed 👍🏻 I bought it in 1990 while I was in high school 💪🏻
Yep that sits proudly on my book shelf
Wild how strong he was. Best build ever.
Proof that genetics and PEDs carried him like crazy
How his advice is great for lower back development
@@What8_ I was NOT talking about his lower back
I now look at Arnold’s advice with skepticism. Because he was known to give people bad advice so he’d gain the upper hand.
Amen! I see too many guys reinventing an amazing wheel. Just put the wheels on and go.

Arnold with Arnold.......on
Modern bodybuilders don’t have that Christmas tree look anymore. It’s sad.
love watching these priceless videos of Big Arnold barefoot, working out, omfg😎💪🏻
I absolutely love t bar towing
Are you meant to have your back bent on the rows? Thought you had to have your chest up
God bodybuilding
My back hurts hearing this 😅
yes, my lower back ... always get hurt easily...
🏴🏋️🏋️🏋️🏴
Tell Dr mike
Correct ❤
Where can I find the video of the competition in the begining?
thickness
"You need the thickness"
Shoooot, give yo mama the thickness, Arnie
El tipo se creía que estaba cachas.
Mike Menzter > Arnold
How the fuck doesn't have hernia?
How did he ever win anything with those baby legs?
you need the roids
Stiff legged dead lifts are dangerous and bad for your lower back.
It's exactly what you should be doing. Just keep strengthing your core and do it properly with lighter weight and you'll be fine.
I❤U Mr Prrrrrrrrfection ... 100% Pure Delicious!! 😈
"Screw your freedom" - never forgive, never forget!!
The main thing this bought pollock will be remembered for now. 👍🏻
@charlesdeverre7304 Arnold doesn't even know you exist.
@@dariusdarden9670 yup and once more people know he’s part of the new globalist wef they won’t care he did exist! These people see humanity as a disease
And this is why you don’t listen to Arnold
He’s right about somethings but this is not one of them and seems a lot of other things apparently
Why because he did it better then every one else you shouldn't listen to him stop talking shit
What is wrong with this advice exactly? These are staple exercises.
@@MH-et5sn 1.only get situations from bent over exercises. RDLs or rows. INCORRECT
@@MH-et5sn let ur chest be free to hit the lower back. why? Just target the lower back with an exercise not just tire it out in an isometric position to hold you up while doing an exercise to get the traps and lats. Arnold is INCORRECT
You know what you also get from deadlifts? Disc hernia and a whole life of hurt ending up in expensive surgery which may or may not stop your suffering. Unless you’re making millions of dollars off of your physique, please, don’t do this crap. I know you’re thinking you have good form, but you know what? Sometimes it doesn’t matter, you still end up messing up your back and your quality of life goes down the drain.
womp womp
Why so serious , then just do rdls> normal deadlifts
Some glassback mentality right here
@@BettercallPaul3636 I don’t know what that means, but I fucked up my back from a fall I had at 13yo and I made it worse in the gym. Had 10 good years looking good, then had 2 shitty years with the fucked up back, finally got surgery which fortunately relieved the pain but my back still doesn’t feel like it can take a lot of weight … I also paid to get it done in a private clinic and was lucky to be able to afford it. So I sort of am speaking out of experience. But do what you want man
@@BettercallPaul3636 but you know what? I’m almost 35 and make 100k per year in an Eastern European country (it feels like 500k in the USA). I have a huge home, kids and lots of expensive toys. But I’m sure you know better than me at 15yo. Good luck man
100% wrong let your spine hold u up so much load being put on spine none of them are good exercises for back
How on earth are you supporting? You need to feel ur hamstrings in Deadlifitng and rowing. Also bent over rows>>> chest supported rows
Bro thinks we just magically stay upright
Right... And what does your back lat spread look like?
🤡
There's always a clown arguing
I think you gotta work your way up to HEAVY back rows.....
it's not like bench PRESSING, where you can just load it up for a 1 rep max.
And you also need the steroids
