Ive been following Jay since before he won Mr O the first time. He has always been an inspiration to me considering his training methods and mentality is the same as mine. Even though I will never be on his level its motivating to hear how humble he is and at the same time he puts in hard work 247.... If someone who is 6ft tall weighing 100 pounds asked to workout with him im confident he would treat them the same as his mirrored image and would motivate the shit out of the guy. Which is the reason I have followed him ever since reading his bio.
It's so fun to see Jay be so happy all the time. He seems to be so happy and satisfied. You are the man Jay ... :)

Mike O Hearn has the same demeanour when speaking to people as Colin Farrel. He looks great for a guy thats nearly 50 and a great inspiration for me at 43 to enjoy the next 7 years knowing i can build on something. Im just back after a 4 year break from the gym. Back since 2nd january weighing 300 pounds and very unfit. Im hitting the gym 4 days a week now and have lost 23 pounds and maintaining that weight while dropping another 2 inchs off my waist since i lost the 23 pounds. That tells me I should throw away the scales now since im gaining muscle weight but losing fat.. I incline pressed 80KG for 7 reps today and it felt amazing!!! I dont think i have ever lifted that kind of weight even in my 20's . I love working out. I really do. Thanks for reading.

I could never train at a place that big. I go to an old school gym....plates and a few treadmills and stair machine....
The place looks great and many things to do but way too many people tou cant move i wonder if there is a time frame where there is space to move a little
Its insane how Jay manages to stay that big!!! Still Looks Huge! Now, im just guessing, but I dont think that he puts more then 30% in, in his diet and training compared what he used to do.
And I guess also down to 30% of gear.
