Not downloading assets is great for concept artists and other artists in general. But some times doing things yourself will make you know alot and alot about how objects work, what should they look like in terms of topolgoy, textures and stylized aproaches. But just like the other advices it has pros and cons, and the biggest problem about it is the time and effort for the artist to do it, but if the piece is finished, it would be one of his favoraite pieces.
Advice: Do what you want don't give a foley about what others want you to do in terms of 3d modelling especially if it's about how your work process is entirely
i wanna know how they post process images , or what is it called. I just know they render white and grey images and put them together in davinci resolve where they post process or color grade or whatever can you make a video for this ? it'll be a huge help ,
