It can save a person’s life it it runs off and kills someone.
@@sarahscroggins2793Why go right to him by biting someone? That is not their first reaction to seeing someone.
I think it's an excellent idea to have Kara do strong leadership roles. Not to be dark, but I've offen thought if something happened to you, how would Kara handle both dogs?
You did great Kara!! 👏🏻👏🏻 Please come back and do more! As an owner of a large breed dog it’s inspiring seeing another woman have so much confidence as the alpha.
Love to hear that, I've got a couple more videos planned 😊
@@KaraCorey Great to hear, thanks Kara! I agree with @stephs3597, it's very inspiring to see you handle the big boys, and to hear how you are overcoming challenges like that event of Justice disappearing into the woods. I learned so much from your journey of raising Justice during the integration process of first a new puppy to my Mastiff, and then a week ago, to our new addition, a senior dog. My Mastiff girl is highly reactive to unfamiliar dogs, and highly territorial, but what made the integration process a full success within 2-3 days of work was what Jason described as "making everything about the puppy real fun and positive for Bruce", and also "giving Bruce plenty of alone time with me", and keeping the new dog crated for much of the day. And also, keeping the pack hierarchy intact, where the older Mastiff is always the alpha of the canine population in the home. Our other 2 dogs are both Beagles, so with them being extremely sociable and socially smart, being essentially pack hounds for rabbit hunting by history, we didn't have to worry about the Beagles picking a fight with the Mastiff. But one bite from a Mastiff can end a Beagle's life, especially for a Beagle puppy as they are so fragile, not bigger than a Chihuahua at 8 weeks old, so we had to be careful. Already looking forward to the next Kara & the boys video!!!
Going back to basics is the best move
It's a good talk, and each animal has it's own personality.
You did great Kara! No apologies necessary! I love how you and Jason support one another's projects. Looking forward to more of these!
Appreciate that - we are truly a team in everything ❤️
Kara, great walk and talk! It’s good to see the perspective from facing a bit of a “set back” in obedience, and how to handle it.
Glad to hear you enjoyed. Set backs can always happen but if we are honest with ourselves there's always ways to easily improve and get back on track.
I’d love to see Kara doing drill work with the boys. This was a great vlog Kara!
Good to know! I'll be bringing that to the channel soon.
I looved this ❤ good job Kara!!! Its so funny how dogs are different around their mama😂 its like with kids!!!
Awesome Job, Kara! I bet you're just as tired as the boys .. not physically, but mentally!
You deserve a Latte ❤
I am a former Akita owner and just bought my first Cane Corso. His name is Trajan after one of Romans best generals and emperors. One week with my husky wolf and they are getting along as best friends. I love your videos so much they have taught me a lot. Thank you very much. I love people who love dogs
Great walk and talk, Kara!!🎉 Justice has so much energy!😆 ... You're right. They are handsome!🐾
Glad you enjoyed!
Loved having a solo Kara video! Great story time. I aways worry my puppy will wonder off on me. (Even though I don't think he'd go far) scary situation for sure. Thanks for blessing us with another new video! ❤
It really was and I wasn't sure if I was panicking too quick but you just never know so thought it was worth sharing.
Thank you for sharing this learning experience with us. Your pups are still amazing with you.
Thank you❤ they really are great dogs and love listening to their leaders.
Great job, Kara! Look forward to seeing you with the double again...
That was great Kara I really enjoy the walk and talks. I’m sorry JJ ran off and didn’t recall that must of bin very upsetting. Have a great night and say hi to the boys including Jason 😁❤️🇨🇦
You bring a special light to the channel. Hope to see more of you! We as girls have to be large and in charge. Hope to see you again soon!❤
It’s so awesome to see how different JJ & BW are in temperament. JJ is so much higher drive and him reaching adolescence, his extra sniffing & “forgetting what commands mean” makes TOTAL sense. Just gotta do what you’re doing and focus on keeping rules crystal clear. Keep up the amazing work! 👏
I actually like when Kara is doing the videos and way more involved
I’m the alpha in my family over my husband and my cane ignores my husband and it’s nice to see the point of view from the other person! Some times it’s hard when I tell him come stay etc and it’s immediate and my husband can’t get the same out of them! My corso looks like a silver Bruce! God I love my boy
I'm glad this perspective was so well received 🙏😊
I like the mixing things up.. Would love to see ya more as well 🖤🤍🖤
It seems that babes always tend to push Mommas more than Daddys...but like you said Lil Drill time and it'll get better!! Much love and kisses also for those beautiful boys from Aunt Jean-Marie 🖤🙃🤍
Have a good day Kara and Jason good luck on the projects you're doing for your beauty!!!
Great job, Kara! 👏 🐾 ❤ I appreciate getting more on your perspective with the "tune-up" training and can't wait for the next one!
my 10 month old corso loves watching your channel lol
Love the solo with Kara,
She’s extremely relatable to me being the same age, a woman, ( sadly I’m single though ) and owning a male 2 yr old CC. JJ is maybe 6 mos or 4 younger than mine and the puppy energy is real with these guys. Even at 2, my boy has quite a bit of steam, but at the same time he’s extremely lazy. I highly enjoy listening to your experiences and learning curves with JJ & BW. Looking forward to more!
Thank you for sharing Kimberly - I hope to do more videos to share my perspective on here. There's many times I take the dogs alone and it's not always the same experience as when the dogs are with BOTH Jason and I. I'm definitely more on my toes after JJ went on his wilderness adventure 😂
Joey is just like my Cane corso. Always testing the water 😂
Great walk & talk video by Kara! Love to see Kara with the boys alone and drill them ❤ JJ is still young; yes need to keep an eye on him for safety ❤
Nice job Kara... Always enjoy watching your vids with the boys.
Congrats Jason and Kara on hitting on 400K subscribers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome job Kara
Doing well Kara, we are struggling with a CC puppy we rescued. She’s adorable but a little minx too. We also have a 3 yr old male CC who is so chilled. Love your channel take care big hug to BW & JJ
They can be so sassy, keeps us on our toes lol. But what a smart breed esp with good training these dogs really do want to be with their family and please their owners.
Bless you thank you for being honest and sharing the story , how you felt and what you did and will do. Can imagine how scary that was for you . thank you again for sharing . Liked having you do a walk and talk nice to have a bit of 1 on 1 time on the channel with you and the boys x
I really enjoyed that vlog with Kara. It felt like walking and chatting together which means you've done a great job. Looking forward to watch more of these. 🖖
I love how you share the walk and talks!
You did a great job, but I was terrified that Justin ran away.
I enjoyed watching Kara today. 😍
I'm so glad! Didn't know how this would received.
Loved it you were great lovely dogs who respect you I can tell ❤
What a handsome pair!
Kara Corey, you rock!!!! ❤
I loved it, please do some more videos just you and the dogs,❤
You did great, Kara! 🎉 Thank you to you and Jason for always sharing the ups and downs. It's been so helpful for me with training my rescue Cane Corso mix ❤
Love Kara ❤❤
So happy to see you on the channel and thank you for being real!!! I look forward to your next video!!!
Kara you did an amazing job with the boys walking and talking. You are smaller and not as loud as Jason when recalling. You know what was so fun in this video, the wind picked up at 12:34 and Bruce turned as if he saw maybe a ghost. It is my favorite time of year...fall. 👻👻👻
Omg that's too funny! We used to say our English bulldog would get scared when the wind blew because he thought it was a ghost 😅
You handle the guys very well.
Your videos are always interesting and educational !
Looking forwards to the next one.
👍👍👍💕😎🇸🇪
Thank you 😊
Great video! I love it that you shared everything that happened and how you handled it. They are both gorgeous!
Another great walk and talk
Sometimes I find that our boys listen to my husband better than me. I thought maybe it has to do with the male voice being lower tone. So I try to (lol) lower my voice and yes once in awhile it works. Good walk. Thanks Kara
Great job Kara!! This was fun & interesting 👍🏻🐾
Watching from Michigan…Kim
Glad it was a good watch I was worried it would be boring lol
They are both so beautiful!!!!🥰🥰🥰
JJ being a bad boy! Which seems to be his personality. He acts like a defiant teenager. Lol
Joey is kid…….. it’s youthful exuberance. Bruce is cool hanging with you
Very true. I love the youthfulness he maintains and his ability to bring it out in Bruce at times.
Thank you for sharing that story and keeping it real.
Absolutely!
love this! if you guys dont mind sharing, im curious why you guys dont use the ecollar to ensure that 99.9999% recall? thanks for your time!
Great video Kara!!
Great video Kara!! :)
Well done Kara ,really good video👌😍...I like JJ green collar🤩hope he got the ball for a little while😂🤞
I just got back from a walk off leash with both my dogs. Trajan is a puppy by the way. Outside is a great time for them to release their energy and get along better since Lakota has room to run away from the puppy, L O L
You're doing perfect girl....
Thank you ❤
dog🐕🦺とチビdog🐕🦺今日わママ👩と一緒に川散歩良かったね😺嬉しいね💕
it is so awesome you added captions!
Thank you for sharing what happened, I would love to see the process re going to the drill work etc.
Great job .
Great video. I'm your fan.
I think this happens to everybody at some point😊 You are amazing Kara❤❤ they are both good boys! Don't sell urself short! Great dogs/leadership💪 🔥
Appreciate that 🙏
I want to train Trajan Offleash as much as possible. I prefer walking off leash like you guys too. I live in Maine so there’s lots of woods with no people, just black bear and moose and cougar and coyote
Jason you’re fired… 😂 Nice work 🎉 ❤
Haha everyone's so nice - I was scared.
Great video, my older boy. I know in and out as well. And he's calm like Bruce. My new boy is hyper in nature because he has a puppy brain, and he's going to be 16 months. Night and day between them. I have Dogue De Bordeaux's the French masstiff. I also have a female English masstiff ❤
Joey is so big now
Great video, enjoyed the content! Hey as an alternate recall, when JJ fails to recall, make an audio recording of Jason recalling Joey in a loud voice. Then if Joey fails to recall, play the recoding off your phone at high volume. Test it at home and see if you get the desired reaction. 😊 In the very least, it would be an interesting experiment in dog behavior.
That's a super interesting idea 🤔 maybe I'll test that out next time
Have to tell you this is 100% why if my dogs are off leash in the woods and are on a trail they are on an E collar because my male especially being intact like yours. Sometimes there are things that are greater than me and I don’t want him to get lost. My females a little better, though I will admit. A lot of times if they take off, I can use the command stop and they do stop then I have to put them in a stay. I rarely have to use the ecollar but having it on gives me peach of mind
Love u guys!
Thank you for the love
@@KaraCorey ur very welcome
❤❤❤❤
❤❤❤❤❤❤
❤
Awesome job K!!! And yes I always keep a toy and treats in my pocket with my boy or if I'm babysitting. The other dogs I babysit are much smaller than mine so there's a chance of an accidental escape from my yard. But once they hear the word treat or see the toy they come running back. 😂 🔯🕎✝️💜
HeyJason, great videos, my corso has had her cruciate done, was wondering if Bruce has had his done?
Thank you for being so informative. I’m a single fur mom. Of a mastiff / cane corso female and lord that is a full time job. She is very reactive with men. What is the best to work with her on that? If you could kindly advise .
I wouldn't trust that fenrir training leash. Mine pulled apart with one mild lunge at a rabbit with my Coros (90lb at the time).
Poetic beast 83
He so knows ur talking about him. 😂
I have a question. I’ve watched several videos of yours and don’t remember which one I saw.
I messed up with my dog, he loves to be petted by everyone and seeks out attention from ppl. Wish you could make a video on how to teach the dog not to do this please. I didn’t prevent.
Intelligente man 33
good thing he wasn't sniffing for some hikers!!! who knows what he would have done?
Lmbo. We call it the mens room 😂. When they pee on top of each other like that or the line for the mens room 😂
That's amazing -- using this line 😅
Don't underestimate your 2 large dogs off leash with bikers, and people walking. I don't know where you live but in different parts of the country there are leash laws.
Bruce seems lethargic compared to Justice
It's a difference in age and maturity more than anything.
Intelligente test 45
That had to be awful for you.
I was FREAKED not gonna lie. Then he came back, let out a good cry and just tried to learn from it.
❤❤❤❤
