I've always had trouble curling my outer lashes with regular eyelash curlers. I happened to see that Revlon partial lash curler in the supermarket a few months ago, so I bought it. It was crazy _inexpensive_ and it turns out to be one of the best beauty tools I own! _I love when that happens!_ 🥰
