2 cups milk

1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
For pasta:-
2 cups of pasta
1 tbsp oil
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
1 carrot
1 cup sweet corn (boiled)
