Wanderer, it's interesting that you mentioned that - I looked at the fiber optic option a couple days ago on Ruger's website. It really stands out on the blued revolver - I may buy a set to try on the stainless one.
William C Chapin I think mine is a Hi Viz. Or Tru Glo. I can't remember. That push button release on the front sight sure is convenient though. I wish the SP101 had it instead of a drift pin.
I too have been wanting 1 of the 5" guns, preferably the wood grips and brass bead front sight. They are not on the Kalifornia "approved" list, however, and probably will not be, since they are a limited production item.😡
I bought one in January in 4 inch stainless. LOVE this revolver.
Agreed...it is very fun to shoot, especially with the Lyman 429421 Keith bullet.

I have the same 357. First thing I did was change the front sight to fiber optic. 5 minute upgrade. It shoots great. Mine is not a Talo though.
