Hi Frank i noticed the filter you replaced had the groves with a space facing down, while the old filters
you removed had the grooves with a space facing up, was that the correct way to install??

Hi why did you change your filters was it because you were getting a fowl smell
in the cabin or you just wanted to change them out, the reason i am asking is because
my 2015 ml350 is giving out a fowl odor sometimes and a parts mechanic told me to
change out my cabin filter and dust filter to see if the odor goes away, if not it could be
my catalytic converter that is going bad....
