      There are a few tutorials on UA-cam, but you can ask your chicken vendor to do it for you.

    Don't label this as "easy Chinese recipe", it is not. There are several steps involved like boiling the broth, rolling the chicken, steaming the chicken and cutting the chicken roll for serving.

    Seems like a long and complicated process. I prefer just pouring vodka into my chicken's water bowl. Then it rolls around all by itself.
    But seriously though, that looks really delicious.
