HELLO AARON WE HAVE A FRYER EASY TURN AT WORK AND WE HAVE MANY PROGRAMS IN THE CONTROL WE RUN THESE ALL THE TIME.... PROVEN PROGRAMS RECENTLY ALL OF THE SUDDEN IT STOPPED LOADING THE ACTIVE TOOL OFFSET WHEN IT GETS TO IN THE PROGRAM IS THERE SOME KIND OF MODE WE MAY HAVE ACCIDENTALLY ACTIVATED THAT WOULD CAUSE THAT THANKS
Well that's frustrating. I would try a couple trouble shooting ideas. First call up the tool using MAN mode and use soft key select tool. Make sure to select a tool in the active tool slots and not a tool that has not been loaded into the location. If a tool has not been assigned a designated location it may not call up properly. Once you bring up the tool using MAN mode the turret should index to the correct location and that tool should be displayed in the TRS heading. Also, if G291 has been activated be sure to cancel it with G290 in MDI mode. I would try this first and it may shed some like on the problem. Good luck and thank you for watching.
Thanks you.
That is what I needed 👍👍
Your welcome and thank you for watching
