Great collection of stuff!
May I suggest adding a thin expo marker to your compliment of pens. I saw one in another guy's EDC and started carrying one and love it. As he said, "Anywhere there's a window there's a whiteboard." Other useful writing implements for me at least include a red sharpie, a silver sharpie, and a white paint pen.

A White-Out pen could probably serve as a good replacement for a proper paint pen. I've started using a White-Out pen for marking my tools (instead of standard sharpies). Just gotta be careful with how you apply it so that you don't make it a blotchy mess.

a headlamp might be good
The leatherman raptor is cool and all, but it's expensive and really hard to clean. Nope, gimme a $2 pair of shears any day of the week.
I'm an avid altoids carrier ( the red tin) and the minis have some extra chemicals in them. the larger red tin is more natural if that concerns you.
Judging my what I do for a living and the things I work with, Altoids don't even get on my radar as something that's going to kill me. lol

What's the story with the dvm keys? Are they elevator keys?
It's probably not considered the done thing by many, many years ago I practiced traditional Japanese Ju Jutsu. As they were traditional they not only taught the rip an arm off and beat them to death with it stuff but things like how to immobilise somebody with a 6inch piece of cord, tactics and katsu. Katsu is traditional Japanese first aid, with the martial arts it is resetting bones, stopping bleeding etc. It includes a method of administering mouth to mouth without mouth contact in case somebody got smacked in the face and there is blood and teeth everywhere they shouldn't be. You lift the patient up from behind and use their arms and pressure on their chest to get air in and out, (yes I am being deliberately vague). As I said it's VERY old fashioned and probably only best used in an absolute emergency.
Having said that I do know that some katsu works my teacher had a story about it being used that still makes me go "WHAT!??"

I'm surprised that you don't have anything for self defense.
I run faster scared than most people can angry.
Definitely carry a lot of valuable and practical stuff but you also definitely carry way too much shit man lol. You're gonna lose a lot of time and money if your bag gets lost or stolen. I only carry what i know I need in my day to day life. All the stuff you have seems very situational lol
