This video should be forwarded to all London Assembly members, and to all groups who are opposing LTN in their areas.
It shows ,quite clearly, that the whole ULEZ programme is a complete scam, not about pollution, but about a money making scheme.

What a surprise. Of course it’s a scam, another cash grab under the guise of health and safety. As cars now have lower emissions than 20 + years ago anyone living in London in the 70’s to 90’s for instance should now be seriously I’ll or dead from the toxic fumes. The whole scam is a load of bollocks.

The media in the UK are owned by a few major corporations. Those corporations have thrown their lot in with the "climate emergency" crap. Why? Because they own other businesses which soak up Government subsidies for snake oil "green" projects. What we are helplessly witnessing is the largest transfer in human history of wealth from the relatively poor to the already obscenely wealthy. Our poltiicians serve corporate and WEF interests, not the public.
And THAT is why the mainstream media do not want to look too closely at what is really happening. Their shareholders are venture capital firms like BlackRock or billionaires with fingers in many pies, most of them dependent on stealing money from the public via taxes.
Look at your electricity bill: over 25% of it is direct subsidy to the "green" movement. They keep promising us cheap, clean energy. Rubbish. Renewables only works if heavily subsidised so we will pay through the nose forever more or until we collectively put a stop to it.

Wow, this video was an eye-opener! As someone who has always been concerned about air pollution, your investigation into London's proposed expanded ULEZ Zone had me hooked from the beginning. Taking readings from various locations, including busy roads, your own classic BMW, a park, and even under the flight path of Heathrow Airport, you really went above and beyond to showcase the true state of air quality. But what truly shocked me were the readings from trains and train stations! It's unbelievable how the numbers contradict the narrative of abandoning cars and relying solely on public transport. This is a must-watch for anyone living in or visiting London. Thanks for shedding light on this crucial issue and providing us with the facts. And a big thanks for sharing the link to the Brent IKEA official Air Quality Monitor live results and the discount code for the ELITech Air Monitoring device! Very well researched and informative content as usual Shahzad!
Just to add to all of this incase it helps anyone, I own a 1998 model year car and there seems to be some uncertainty regarding late 90s cars and their compliancy with ULEZ. My car is a Mercedes, and I wrote to MB UK with my findings ref NOx emission standards, and to see the status of my car. My e-mail stated that there is a car same model as mine (although post 2000 - so it all makes sense) for sale advertised as ULEZ exempt, and upon checking, it actually is - but I did say I understand this being a 'glitch' which further makes the whole thing confusing. Below is the very informative response from MB, from a well respected member of the homologation team:
    Hi
The answer to your question - does my car meet the NOx emission standard? - is Mercedes-Benz doesn’t know!
I have checked your E 55 AMG built in 1998 and I can confirm that it only meets the Euro 2 Emission Standard.
Euro 2 cars were not tested for NOx output as this didn’t become mandatory until the Euro 3 standard was introduced in 2001.
Therefore as your car only meets the Euro 2 Emissions Standard and there isn’t any Nox data available, it will be subject to the ULEZ charge.
TFL will not accept MOT or independent emissions tests and the Euro classification allocated when the car was new stays with the car for the life of the car.
The E 55 AMG became Euro 3 from June 2000 onwards and therefore cars built after this date have NOx data and can get exemption from the ULEZ.
To confirm, Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd do not have any influence over EU Regulations, UK government policy, TFL procedures or charges.
But I always find it sad that I have to write this type of email for our majestic older cars.
    Kind regards
So what this tells us, is that the same car that was built from 1998 to 2002 will only have the later models ULEZ compliant as the NOx data was only mandatory to be recorded then!! Even though the engines in both earlier and later cars is identical. It's all a joke, and charges should be pressed on those that are responsible for imposing this unjustifiable tax. I've read so much about this whole farce, but thought I'd add this here as I found nothing on the EURO 2 and EURO 3 thing (as above) on the net. So Kudos to MB for giving that info.

As someone who owns a 1998 Mercedes SL I find this situation to be utterly absurd. A vehicle that maybe compliant is deemed not to be compliant because it was never tested to determine if it is compliant. And now when determining whether a car is compliant has become quite important- TFL will refuse to consider the results of a recent compliance test - at least according to Mercedes U.K. This seems like a breach of The Human Rights Act provision that requires the right to have a fair hearing.

I have two Cats on my car and have changed them both at great cost but because my car is older than 8 yrs im screwed . Khan is a thief and should be prosecuted and sent down. and any council that has followed this system should be made to pay compensation to any person that has been fined. We are not fools or money banks.

Have you paid £12.50? If not, that's why the numbers are high. If you pay £12.50 the numbers would go down. Simples!

Hi Brown car guy. As a Brit who lives in Poland (a big city) I have noticed a massive difference in air quality. London has good air quality in comparison ith Polish cities. The worst reading in the tube you saw in part 1 is the norm for most cloudy winter days in Poland. I would like you to test a cloudy day in the winter where there is not much wind. This may certainly change your resaults AQI. I have also invested in 2 good qualiy air purifiing machines wih very good rated filters for my aparment. And you can massivly tell let alone taste he diffrence in the air as soon as you get home. Keep up he informaive work Ulez at cerain imes of the year may make a diffrence. but not all year round :)

Wow I would say we have all the information to take them to court and why the car manufacturers aren't saying anything is very strange. Maybe they are getting a backhand.
We should take them to court and they have to explain. This stuff makes me angry. What about the boats going down the Thames River in Central London.

I’d be interested to see the readings inside a LTN and on the boundary roads where, as we know, the traffic is rapidly evaporating 🤣. And in all fairness, I’d like to see the readings in rush hour traffic where it is both much heavier and virtually stationary. Maybe taken on the approach to the Blackwall Tunnel, or on Lower Thames Street between Blackfriars and Tower of London.

The test was done in rush hour . i guess you were sleeping when part one was posted .

@@wellwhatthen10101, I wasn’t asleep. Read my reply again. As someone who has been driving for a living in Central London for over forty years, the point I made is that the traffic in the video is not what I would describe as heavy rush hour. It’s relatively light and free flowing compared to the queuing, much heavier, slow to stationary rush hour traffic I regularly encounter on the two routes I mention, and I’d be interested to see the AQI and particulate readings for those situations.

Aye...and what might it be stationary? Nothing to do with cycle and bus lanes....obviously
