SF needs to stop being anti car, it’s ridiculous at this point
Exactly. It is a city. If more people around here actually worked this city would be better.
@@HanginInSF Im really enjoying sf, I think having more people would be good. However, I also think SF is a rare gem of a place (small, dense, european-transit, walkable) that could really benefit from pedestrian safety, and more bike infrastructure.
@@DingoAteMeBaby I also agree with that. There's lots of places for it but the city is interfering with traffic arteries. It creates lots of pressure on neighborhood streets. Remember we ARE NOT Europe.
@@HanginInSF I can really see the artery point, however not entirely sure what you mean by that last part.
oh no my parking lot
All the businesses are car free also unless it's a get away car
Stop the bold jay walkers! That will cut way way down on pedestrian fatalities ! Car free means no access for the disabled who use cars to get around!
take the bus
SFPD actually enforcing traffic laws? Ill believe it when i see it in person and not some skit they do for news channels
Was a dangerous street? And what that clown base that assertion on?
where's your proof that it wasn't a dangerous Street before it was closed to cars
JFK is honestly amazing.

A meaningless label applied to deny the area to people who don't live near the park, who are elderly or have young kids. Class stratification at its worst. The chairs sit unused while bicyclists continue to buzz pedestrians and shout at them to get out of their way. And I say this as a person who can walk there.
non of this is happening
they def should add more parking
