I worked as a full time family medicine medical assistant and am starting PA school in January. I do not know how you managed to wake up at 4 AM girl 😂 I worked 7:30-5 Monday-Friday and would wake up literally 30 minutes before work. Good for you girl, keep it up!

Yay Liz -- congrats on getting into PA school! I'm starting my first NP job in 2023 and my schedule is 7:00 am -4:30 pm. The though of waking up at 4 am, going to the gym, then going to work makes me feel ill 😂Everyone's body is different, and I know some people thrive on early bird workouts, but I am not one of them! This inspires me to get up at 5:30 am and have my own morning routine...which involves less gym and more coffee & planning haha! Going to incorporate my gym time in the afternoons and weekends!
I am glad you do it before work. That is just like me its much better for you. I know its easier said then done. If I go late and take my pre workout I am up all night. Sometimes I think it is the little things that get me motivated like new headphones, nice clothes and new routines. Proud of you
@@ElisabethB Yeah I ordered some new headphones for Black Friday lol. I am getting a mixer thing too when I get home from Voltrix I heard is amazing for mixing proteins, pre workout etc. But proud of you for doing it in the morning keep it up

I am NOT wired for MORNING. Biorhythms, boys and girls, the NIGHT is RIGHT! It's when I get most of my work, good work, important work done. When all of you are asleep and the noise of the work day and morning is gone! Going to bed at 9 PM is really not practicle or desirable. But, hey, if it works for you, why not. Good. Gym at that time? Call my Doctor already. My strength is non-existent that early. Maybe I could open some envelopes, lol! Morning and being productive is a MYTH! Some of the greatest scientists and artists slept through and worked far into the NIGHT! Do what is best for YOU! Whether that be morning or night. And remember, not ALL people are the same. Some really are NIGHT people!

@@ElisabethB no idea, in our biomechanic classes , we dont recommend any form of rounding backs (specially lower back) as it might put too much pressure and can create severe injuries with time like herniated disc... so not sure if they are safe. we did several researches and the outcomes are not favorable...

That is not true. These are rounded back extensions to target the glute. Look them up :)
