Except scientifically speaking, the reason were getting generationally larger(taller) is because of increased nutrition. Just look up the average North Korean beside a South Korean and you'll see. It is not eugenics (unless you're Yao Ming)
You're right that we get taller due to nutrition when you look at it over a long time or specific cases, but height is mostly genetic and that is what i'm referring to. Obviously there are no nazi experiments going around to make people taller which is why i said social. It seems that height is an important factor when it comes to reproduction and such leading to taller people. Not saying i'm right nor am i saying you're wrong.
