We learned our lesson after the first year that if we wanted to ride anything, you really need to budget it into your trip. PS I just got off the phone with Dollywood customer service, who confirmed that there is no longer a single rider line for lightning rod.
Thanks for updating! I didn’t recall seeing a single rider option for lightning rod last time we were there but was planning to check again this weekend. They are making some changes around lightening rod to take into account the downtime I think.. glad you got those time savers June will definitely be a busy time!

Pretty much all the rides will have boxes for you to store your stuff in. If you are uncomfortable with leaving your things alone there are several locker options sound the park.:)
TimeSaver is not required to ride any of the rides… most of the rides for younger children do not offer TimeSaver it will only be for the big attractions (coasters). TimeSaver is required for each person that uses them though they do not offer an option for children to be included on the same TimeSaver as adult.
Oh no! We expect some wait times with TimeSaver but hopefully with the price being that expensive they can find ways to manage crowds better in the future
If I order online do I have to use my phone? I know most rides don't allow you to have your phone on you. Is there a way I can pick up a lanyard when I get there?
You can use your phone but you should also be able to print the ticket you purchase online at take it to the time saver center to get a lanyard if you don’t want to bring your phone with you. most rides also have a spot to place your bags while you ride and can pick them back up when you exit… Dollywood also offers lockers around a lot of attractions and if you pay once you can locker hop without paying again (expect the front of the park lockers they do not allow you to locker hop to other places in the park if you purchase there)

Gold passholders save $5 on the TimeSaver pass and TimeSaver Plus pass so current it would be $55 and $75 respectively
Those prices are a little bit too expensive for me
Agreed they are a bit pricey for someone who visits the park a lot but would definitely pay for a once in a lifetime trip!
