sir thank you for giving me an opportunity to ask
sir how to fix the error in ad set level (you campaign may get zero result)
thank you
Having paid for an agency and got meh results, I decided to teach myself the ins and outs of FB ads. I have watched the most recent videos on this channel several times to make sure I really understand the concepts being discussed and I am grateful for Ben's clear and concise teaching. From what I gather there is no silver bullet but it comes down to these fundamentals which need to be tested and tested and tested: a great product, an amazing offer, compelling ad creatives, a UA-cam worthy headline, a decent budget, monitoring the correct metrics, and balls of steel. Did I miss anything Ben?
Good man Ben, last two videos were really top notch!
Thank you for sharing this Ben!
Thanks ben i got learn many things from your free videos please bro keep making these valuable videos
God bless you ❤❤
As always, very useful information. Thank you, Ben!!
Glad it was helpful :)
Great material Ben !
Thanks a lot :)
Brilliant once again, Ben. Thanks. I have got a question; Taking into account seasonality and limited audience size issues for retargeting audiences, I guess the same strategy of targeting them during times of year would be the way to go I suppose?
Thanks a lot and yes that's right :)
Hi Ben thank you for great content as always! Anyway please turn on auto translate for another language to help people understand better.
Thanks Ben!
One quick question: Can you pls highlight whats the difference between engaged shoppers and Facebook Payment users( 30 days/90 days)? Aren't they the same? Pls advice which one would be more effective and less expensive to use in campaigns? Thanks in advance!
Ben, you are doing job
Hi Ben, awesome video! Question: I have one website (online Maths courses for teenagers).
I target parents as well as the teenagers (separately of course).
Should I have two ad accounts with there own pixel (one for parents and then the other for teenagers) or can I use one account with one pixel?
Great video and very informative. Ben, can you please make a video on Quadratic scaling in Facebook ads?
Thanks a lot
Awesome video
Much appreciated :)
Good tips!!! What do you think about percentage for first impression? On a daily basis I see that only 20% of my impressions, on broad audiences, have seen my ad set for the first time.
Do you think tofu campaigns have now become a form of remarketing?
Facebook certainly leans that way - their data would suggest that's a more effective approach. It's not something that concerns me - there's not a lot you can do about it, unless you make drastic changes that will negatively impact your results in other ways.
I have pixel setup domain verified web configurations done ... but in ad set level after choosing pixel and event it says error.. set up conversions.... shall I wait for 72 hours after web event configurations
Yes you'll have to wait for 72 hours as a first step.
Hi Ben, thank you for explaining all the possible reasons, immense value was always. I had a doubt, I was testing video ads in E-commerce. Is Facebook okay if I mention as Free shipping in the Video Ads ? Thank you again adding real value.
Thanks a lot and sure - you can do that
@@BenHeath Thanks again! :D
At present my cpm is relatively high going. If I add few more interests in order to expand audience would it makes my campaign go into fresh learning phase 🤔
That's not usually how I would increase audience size but anything you do to increase audience size will put you back into the learning phase - that's not a reason to not do so though.
Thank you Ben. Your videos are very useful to get a grip on FB advertising. Our CPM is currently between $62 and $84 and I am doing all that you mention in your video. Very high, but we are getting a few sales in here and there (ROAS is 2.2 overall). We have a small advertising budget of $35 a day, so can't test all that I would ideally like. Hope we will get there soon. Anyway, we are in the fashion jewelry business. Is it correct to assume that CPM is high due to holiday season?
Yes you are inevitably going to have a reasonably high CPM at the moment which should come down a lot in January. If you've ticked all those boxes then ads would be my focus :)
@@BenHeath Thank you for taking the time to reply. My CTR is between 3%-6%, so I must be doing something right. :-) All ads still in learning phase, but not much I can do about that. I will keep learning and making new ads. Happy holidays.
Is it possible to get the same, or similar CPM as last year at this time? I was literally at $14 CPM then and now am closer to $30. I had smaller audiences then too as compared to now. This entire year I have seen a gradual increase in CPM and corresponding increases in cost per lead. That greatly accelerated in Sept and is just awful right now. Wondering if I can get even close to normal again.
That sounds to me like it might be an ad fatigue issue. That's where I would start when trying to address that.
We've got lots of campaigns operating with similar CPMs to last year.
@@BenHeath makes sense. As a service based business with limited offering options, what's the best way to reset? Image/video changes most important? Don't have too many options for what we do as far as our service goes
Hi Ben. I have a campaign with custom lookalike audience going steadily for over 45 days, with tested creatives. Out of the blue my cost per click is almost 10 times higher. Any clues?
Ad fatigue?
@@BenHeath thanks mate. Could be. These ads have been running for almost 2 months after a series of tests. I contacted meta ad support and they told me that a long holiday In Brazil was responsible for this peak.
Question:
So in that Sense(Reason Nr.2) its better to target multiple Regions/Countries?
And the only Metric worth changing is their Interest?
Not necessarily - not if other locations are less likely to convert
@@BenHeath I see what you mean, at the End of the Day, getting Conversions is the true Goal.
But in Terms of low CPM, isn't it best to target multiple Countries/Region that fit within the Target Audience, to allow for the lowest CPM?
Since you have a bigger Audience then.
Done
how to know the the price of paid ads in your niche?
Run ads and you'll find out pretty quickly :)
Hi Sir I am from India ! As I am selling high price goods around 8000 Indian Rupees, what should I do ? As it is becoming difficult for to survive in this market as Facebook is not providing me any conversation over it.
There are hundreds of possible answers to that question. Without knowing more, I cannot give one I'm afraid. I'd recommend checking out some of my other videos - I think you'll find them very helpful.
Should we leave automatic placement
If you are using the conversion objective then yes.
what is a good CPM on the USA?
$30 would be pretty good - but that can vary massively
What's happened to the brick wall?
We're trying some new stuff right now :)
If your bill is in a grace period is your CPM gonna be higher?
It could do
you cpm is low because your main objective is not conversion so next time be more clear
I miss the brick wall ahah
Haha - we're testing a bunch of stuff right now :)
Me too 🙂
