Deffo get a sub for showing off the scale and offset features. I've messed with radial repeating patterns but was clueless about the ability to create abstract spirals and such. VERY slick!

Yes, I’m on version 2.5. Check and make sure you have the layer selected and the move tool is selected and then hit ENTER. That should bring up the move/duplicate dialogue box.
