Ratatouille reference! BTW, the last flourish seems to be a variation of the Helix cut, but it's not false. The way I learned an actually false variation is to drop a packet from the bottom of the RH packet after the first swing cut. Then just continue like normal.

How's the last one a false cut, the stack that's on my left hand was the second stack but then it became the last stack after the cut
Take the top packet as the third packet, do not split packet that in your right hand.
in one of the comments, he replied. he said that he made a mistake, it was only top remaining but not the bottom

For anyone just finding this video, I’ve come up with my own solution to making the 3rd cut a 100% false cut:
Point of reference:
Extended packet: packet A
Packet dropped into your left hand after extending A: packet B
Index packet made when splitting the remaining cards in right hand: packet C
Middle finger packet: packet D
When you have packets A and B in left and C and D in right, pick up packet A with your right pinky, packet B with your right ring, while also swiveling packet D into your left hand with your thumb, like in the vid. Then swivel packets C and then B on top of D, then drop packet A to finish the false cut!
Hope that made any semblance of sense!

i figured that the third "false cut" does not work if you want to retain the button card on the bottom, or am I just doing it wrong? because the top card does end up on the top.. Anyway, I liked the simplicity of all three. Good video.

i think this might've been easier to understand if you guys had demonstrated the cuts with the cards face up in new deck order so we could see the false cut in action

Being a cardist rooky I hesitate to comment on this tutorial. But still... In my opinion in the last cut the order of the four packets is not the same. You end up in the order 1 3 4 2.
I think it will be correct when you take the bottom part in the second swing.
Am I right?

Anticipated advanced at ~7:00 is no false cut, since the middle packet in your right hand is the bottom packet and you throw it on top of the packet in your left hand... Solution: use your pinky to get the packet in your left hand and reorder.
im having trouble with the last one. is it suppose to put the cards in the exact same order or keep the top card on top?

I really liked the Video, but the Problem with false cuts is, that if you "Fool" someone with a control and then do this kind of move and it gets recognized, your giving something away

Guys the last cut maintains the top stocks but not the middle stock please see that and tell me if I’m right

Rise Magic no prob....tell that on any other vid!! Or the newcomers would mess up there set up card trick
Rise Magic I noticed the problem too, but it can be fixed by simply swivling middle packet in RH back just behind the packet in LH (instead of on top of it, as is shown in video).
Forgot to add that my change doesn't fix it fully, because it still remains an imperfect false cut, but at least it retains top and bottom packets, which is often good enough.
