I’ve done this to my face twice. I’ve also done my arms, hands, and chest. I had to be so very careful to not do all those areas at once because I could have been asphyxiated. While I was doing these treatments on my face, I stayed inside my house for two months. I always do this over the winter months, because it’s much easier to hibernate indoors.it’s horrendously disfiguring. My best advice for my 15 year old self would be to use sunscreen. Use sunscreen every day, even if you are not going outside, and even if it’s raining outdoors, apply your sunscreen. During the healing phase my dermatologist prescribed Desonide cream. It helped with the pain, it made the itching bearable. I kept it in the fridge which made application soothing.
The long term effects of not using the cream are far worse. You’ll still have things pop up but this gives you a fresh start in a sense. My fav sunscreen is Endurance Shield. Expensive but we’ll worth it.

Did you get any headaches? I'm getting headaches using this stuff.
I don’t recall any headaches but make sure you’re hydrated.
Did the spot around the nose go away for good? Or did it come back?
are you concerned of long term effects? I am on it for 8 days and I think Im to concerned of long term effects to keep using for AKs.
