The one cookie that I get excited to eat at Christmas is no bake cookies. My mother made them every year. Melted chocolate chips, sweetend condensed milk, pecans, and broken vanilla wafers. I've made them myself but I'd give anything to have my mom back because hers tasted better. That special ingredient of mom love feels so comforting.
