You can buy the fondant at Walmart or some other store like Michaels where there's arts and crafts. Also, Hobby Lobby has fondant, too. As a price point. Walmart's fondant (Wiltons) costs $15.88 for 5 lbs.. I now make my own with marshmallows, glucose, powdered sugar, glycerine, corn syrup, shortening, water and gelatin. Sure, that sounds like a lot, but I only use a little of each which gives me just enough fondant to cover my cakes are far, far less the cost. I found different recipes for home-made fondant on UA-cam.
