We have 2 cats who love this channel but my husband and I are bird nerds too and leave it on when we're home and catch ourselves watching it too!🙄😅 (p.s. thank you for ad free too! So jarring when those ads come blasting on!)
Awesome, so glad you get to enjoy it too! I'm still learning about the birds here in SC as they discover my feeders. I've found about 20 varieties so far and there's many more I'm told!
That's great! I liked making this one because it was sooo busy. It's close to the woods and one of the first times I'd seen a tufted titmouse. They are so loud!
At 6:42:35, I hear a pine warbler chipping in the background. You had some pine warblers in the tractor space? The pine warbler song is a bit similar to a song of a chipping sparrow, but shorter in length. :)
Ok we now need a short video of the masterminds (your cats) behind these videos. Haha. (Actually nevermind- I just found Penny!) My cat LOVES catTV. She will sit and watch for 1 hour or more! I put it on for her on the iPad at night when I’m trying to sleep. Otherwise she gets bored and gets into trouble (shreds up the carpeting, pushes things off counters, etc). She will watch and watch until she dozes off. Other times the iPad takes a beating. :) Oh what we do for our pets... Also thanks for the ad free. With other videos she just gets up and leaves if an ad comes on. Love your videos. They are so awesome. What is in the red cup?
Yes! you found Penny! So scared of everything except for what's on TV. This video was the first time I had seen the tufted titmouse at the feeders, it was very exciting. In the red cup I put some suet, the big suet feeders are so messy, but I've returned to using them.
I got inspired to make a bird feeder. At first I just tried putting seeds on the ground but only squirrels would come. I thought back to my grade school days and just used a milk carton. I made perches out of the straightest stick I could find in the yard. The squirrels found the feeder first, but when they were done I had small gray and white birds visit. They might have been chickadees or nuthatches. How do you thwart squirrels?
I haven't had many squirrels visiting the feeders, although they are all over the yard. From what I understand squirrels are not worth fighting with, might as well make one feeder with squirrels fav. food like nuts and another one for birds with seeds. My biggest mistake was letting food run out, or moving feeders without leaving some food at the old spot. The birds always find the food eventually but if they think there isn't any they leave within a day!
lol. I have 6. IF you have a flat screen tv, you can connect your laptop to the tv with a HDMI cable and ALL 10 can watch this video on the tv instead of the phone.
Thank you for the uninterrupted "cat tv". ..my cat sitter when bust or not home...Peanuts for squirrels is like JUNK food to humans. I found that out when researching what to feed squirrels.
Woohoo no ads baby !
New favorite channel !! No ads and my kitten is obsessed with watching these types of videos, thank you!!
This entertains Miss Betsy so I can get work done without her pestering me so much for attention. Thank you!

Great! My cats love this!!! Thank you!
At 6:36:30, A carolina wren duet is heard in the background--one male and one female sing together as if synchronized to one another. :)
yeah that's wild, there were about 3 cardinal couples in the woods at this time (now there's about 6 or 7)

Well definitely a lot of Pine trees back here and overgrown brush from some logging a few years ago. Good for wildlife to hide in!
Nice 🙂
Hon... bonne appétit les lovely

Great idea. I’m off to buy some peanuts!
Also I have to bring in my feeder every night because we have bears.
My parrot and cat likes this
My 10 cats love this, and fight over the phone.. I've had to buy another phone, lol.
Someone nice enough to let kitties take over their phone, deserves a new phone!

6:45 is a towhee
Nice! I updated it for everyone. I had never seen them before until I moved my feeders close to the brush at the edge of the woods.
@@LensMyth They won't come out very far haha but they are very cool
ok, yeah you see them on that birdbath vid, they were going crazy! Setup just about 20 feet from the brush
This bird looks like a song sparrow to me. The brown with the stripes is what we’re talking about right?

Yes they do like peanuts a lot, good and fatty snacks like that are hard to find in the winter
