Building Hondas almost 18-20 years ago, when you opened your hood and you had Hasport mounts....it meant something. You were buying quality parts. Same goes for today. Thanks for everything you have done for the Honda and import community. Its slowing down now and people in the Honda game moved on to bigger things (Sheepyrace, Bisi) but you always stayed with us. I don't think that gets respected enough.

I still have my old school Hasport mounts from back in 2000 when I swapped in a b16 into my EF. The old mounts looked cast aluminum and had stickers, not the fancy billet, laser engraved they sell now.😂 I ripped a bushing many moons ago and they sent me a new one. Good people.
I have a 62a kit in my FK8 and was disappointed when friends had their mounts fail at the drag strip. I believe in HAsport mounts and appreciate the effort into beefing up these mounts to eliminate any failures.

I used my first set of hasport mounts on my latest ef b swap and I gotta say I wish I bought a set sooner. I've busted diffs and all kinds of stuff from improper axles positioning due to using cheap knock off junk mounts. I've also busted the innovative t bracket. I was debating on what mounts I wanted but this video tells me I need hasport mounts. Customer service is important and it seems like these guys know how to do that.
5:05 in engineering we call that concept shock load. When a sudden force such as a vibration, impact, bounce, wheel hop, etc is applied to a related part, the resulting shock creates a load far higher than the part's rated load tolerance. A good example would be someone slamming their clutch at a launch instead of preloading, resulting in a snapped axle, broken clutch, or even busted out transmission. Glad to see you always trying to improve your product, I sincerely believe your mounts are still the very best in the business. Thanks for another great video.
This is why Hasport is the goat when it comes to motor mounts. Their lifetime warranty is by far the best in the industry. Brian is a real one for accommodating his customers with this upgrade!
I think guys running on the street with the old mounts will be ok. Your new upgraded mounts should be for race application only or preferably for race, since race teams were mostly having issues and you haven’t had people come back with issues on street cars. Those M14 bolts are beefy af, those are bolts you see on a diesel truck 😎 very nice upgrade, I love the new design especially since the billet doesn’t have a thin wall around the bolts, and it’s more material surrounding the bolts.
Most of the races car didn't have a problem. There were more than a dozen HPD cars that had been using them and some for more than three years. Just those three at Thunderhill had immediate problems. It was weird. But we've had more people with street cars have problems than race cars.

Simple solution would be build a triangle that slides in to the 3 countersink holes that bolts to the top bolt on the bracket lot better then re designing mount and good way to provide a fix

Also been having hadport mounts for my turbo ek and my all motor ep3 si and 8 years later a good clean up mounts look new like day one. Amazing work Brian allways making improvments.
Hasport makes the best products available for their application 👍👍 My only gripe with them is I wish replacement hardware was readily available. I don't see it on the website and they aren't pdf on the website to explain the bolt sizes that a kit comes with. I'm changing all my hardware to titanium for weight savings and to get rid of the crusty bolts. It's a little trial by fire for dimensions since I can't find them available. In a dream world, titanium mounts in lieu of billet aluminum would be 🔥🔥
I agree I had a couple bolts of my awd transmission on my eg vibrate off but have no way ordering replacement ones had to guess the length at the hardware store

I love this video so much. Great customer service from a great company. I love all of my Hondas, but I would pay good money for a Hasport mount kit for my Toyota Paseo. Haha I know the Paseo/tercel/ep82 starlet Gt/EP91 Glanza V/Sera/Corolla ll's all share the same chassis mounts. A bunch of people are already going k series due to it being harder to find parts every year for the 4efte and 5e's since they are getting up there in age. I debated not even writing this comment because I know you guys are strictly Honda, but one can dream. I even almost took some of my EG mounts to see how close they would be, and modifying those to give us a solution. Then just tell everyone to buy your mounts and mix them with mine. Although that is the most shady thing I could think of, so that's not going to happen. Lol Anyway, keep up the amazing work. I'll just keep my Hasport mounts on my Hondas and be happy. Lol
I have seen similar failures of OEM mounts, never understood the failure mode. Thanks for being so open, if the bolts achieve the intended tensile strength without stretching, I guess the current mounts will be fine for the majority of users. Most 12 grade hardware I know of does not come zinc plated, why is it important in this application?
Oh NO! Recent increases in the MODERN HORSEPOWER GAiNS, those BOLTS need UPsized. The bracket's spring-rate needs strengthened mostly. Bolts are the Spring-Rate now?
I don't own any, but I've made similar products b4, (i want my cd5 5spd black coupe BACK from police impound!) I'll be making similar products 4me, & I'll be producing similar products in the future. That and i miss working with "mostly" intelligent coworkers.
Please make some for the tsx/cu2 community we have no mounts for the k series which makes 0 sense when there’s mounts for the v6 version us k series guys for the cu2 don’t get no love
Brian this is what sets Hasport apart from ALL the other companies that specialize in motor mounts. Sometimes falling on your own sword is required to present and maintain transparency in a day in age when companies are no longer trusted by the public. Main reason (IMO) there is too much white label trash on the market these days. Hasport mounts are COPIED by so many white-label Chinese manufacturers that use lower quality aluminum, steel and rubber* inserts. Hasports quality however has yet to be reproduced! This transparency is what we should expect from all companies. Brian, your team is a class act on professionalism.
WOW and offering a full upgrade replacement for previously purchased kits is outstanding. This just goes to show that you all are doing everything you can to set your customers up for success!
Do you guys have a kit for the 03-07 Accord V6 6 speed? I upgraded to a 2010 TL SH AWD 6MT front mount and I feel it’s still not stiff enough to hold the torque of this J30 engine. Cant really drive it that hard without worrying about ripping the mounts I just installed. I’m local to Phoenix if that helps. I have your mount kit for my 93 H22 accord since 2011 and it’s been bulletproof since I installed it.
Is there some sort of back log on your 8th gen engine mounts, I ordered going on 2 weeks come next weekend and they still have not shipped. So just asking it would be nice to finish up the project before spring/summer.

I miss Bisi. My dream honda is a EF F23 SOHC VTEC with a gsr trans. Im slowly getting there but parts from bisi scarce.
