Have you noticed that form of Demo's lips were changing when he was screaming at 0:16? So much detail and effort has been put in these animations... People, who worked on this knew what they were doing and the result look absolutely fabulous.

Somehow, it actually works incredibly well on Demo's face... most of the time. There are some funky expressions here and there but most of it works great
The scene with the drooling blue team running towards clown-smile Demoman’s sticky trap split my sides
Everyone's shocked reaction when running after him. They're both shocked and terrified of each other.
That made me laugh nicely. And then Demo gives one of the sickest grins I've ever seen.
When Demoman goes on that long cursing spree, the way his mouth moves makes it look like he's speaking some forbidden language, and they censored the whole thing so that the viewer couldn't hear what he was saying to keep them safe from whatever dark magic he was using.

The only thing that is unrealistic in Meet the Demoman is the fact that Spy went to chase the Demoman with his entire team
The sentry also followed the pipes instead of focusing on the demoman
