Definitely use you FSA; it's use it or loose it! However, you might not want to use your HSA as the money never expires (even if you do). I choose not to use this money as it accumulates interest tax free!
Sorry but I have used a few brands over the last ten years including resmed and the Lowenstien prisma 20a absolutely blows them all out of the water- I cannot thank that company enough for selling such a great machine-it’s like comparing apples to chalk -

The air senses 11 is not better than the air senses 10, I had both, I used the Resmed Air sense 10 then switched to the 11, I don’t like the 11, because release some old pee smells sometimes but the main problem is that the water tank don’t hold enough water to keep it trough the night, I usually go to bed around 10 to 10:30pm and by 6am is almost empty, and I have to refill it with water if I want to stay in bed until 7 or 8 am which I never have that problem the Air sense 10, so I’m going back to Air sense 10, that’s the best one
Try a Lowenstien prisma 20a. German made, Swiss motor- omg blows resmed out of the water- my uppers dropped by 6 so it gets to events WAY quicker. So comfy and I’ve loads more energy-wish they imported them ten years ago to my country. If you ever get a chance to trial one. Try it. SO much better than resmeds algo. Great humidifier set up too-has a rod that heats up so no more dry plate and it turns off if it runs dry and there’s an icon light up -
Dear, Philips has faced recalls over the past few years, so they’ve paused the production of their CPAP machines. That’s why they’re not widely available right now.

Why aren’t Phillips machines recommended?
because they are illegal to sell in the USA in 2024 due to health related problems.

@ Got it. If I have a Phillips Dream station two, is it advisable to replace it?
Is resmed coming out with a new travel air mini in 2025
